I really like this angled scraper. It's the perfect tool for removing pizza dough from proofing boxes. It's a well-made, sturdy tool with an excellent grip.

I love this scrapper. I’ve been using it on my Weber slate since March. It’s still very sharp and holding up well. Feels like it would hold up to some abuse. It fits in the drawer just fine were I keep all my griddle/grill utensils. Unless you like to hang them up on a hook that’s the only down fall of this. I’m sure you could drill a hole through the plastic handle if that was desired. Definitely worth the money and would buy again.

This tool is perfect for lifting delicate pizza dough from a dough box, and for quick chopping of garlic, mushrooms etc. at the pizza bench. It sure beats using an old drywall mud knife! (Don't ask me how I know.)

Works great, but I would prefer just a bit longer handle. Its warm that close.

Scraper is sharp and high quality metal with a slight bend when scraping. I initially bought it to use for pizza dough so just be advised it does not work very well for that. The blade edge sits at a slight leading angle compared to the handle which makes fishing out balls a but tricky, and the edge is quite sharp, which is great , but does not play nice with soft dough or rigid plastic containers. That said, I do use it to gently clean my marble countertop of pizza remnants after a good Roccbox session so it does serve a purpose!! Cheers!

Love it! I use it for making smash burgers and scraping the cast iron pan. Perfect solution for my kitchen.
