Using it for a week now but this product does not do what it promises. My teeth are still sensitive and I had high hopes for gel kam but it doesn’t work. You’ll just have wasted a lot of your money if you get this product. Probably the best option is to get a fluoride treatment from a renowned dentist.

We have not used so no question of like or dislike. AYURVEDIC Dr cautioned not to use as it can be dangerous if swallowed

I've only had this for two weeks so really too early to give an accurate review. I use it twice a day most days as I have a couple of sensitive teeth. One in particular has a fine crack in it found by my dentist in July. I use this fluoride gel after my regular brushing with sensitive toothpaste. I mainly focus on the cracked tooth but often swish it around on all my teeth during the minute or so before spitting it out. I don't know whether it is helping but it certainly doesn't seem to be making anything worse. June 2023 Update: I use it less often now, moreso when I notice the sensitivity increasing. I cannot say that it has definitely been THE reason things are better than they were but combined with the use of sensitive tooth paste I'm certainly more comfortable than I was in 2022. I will have to return to the dentist some time though.

I like it. So long as you're using it consistently, it should prevent cavities and help with newly formed ones that don't need the dentist yet. I'm very cavity prone. When I use this every day, I saw no new cavities. I did stop using it for a while and eventually two dark spots pop up on my back molars. I started using the Gel-kam again immediately and the spots went away after 2 nights. It's very gentle and quite effective. It doesn't really have a scent but it does have a slight taste to it that I can't quite describe but it isn't bad. Fresh but mint-like. Tooth sensitivity went away over time as well. I recommend for extra oral protection. Especially, if you have a problem with cavities.
