Awesome, fun reflex tool.
Looks and works as described. Takes a little practice to get the rhythm down, about a 1/2 hour and your ready to go. I will say this, for first time users, start with the heaviest ball. I made the mistake of starting with the light ball and thought I’d never get it down. So, heavy ball, and adjust the elastic length so it’s about 4” below the belt. That makes everything nice and slow. Once you can connect with it every time, adjust it to your belt line. That’s for a nice steady pace, one arm at a time. Now, if you want to throw double jabs with the same hand you’re going to want it about 1-3 inches above the belt. Another thing, don’t hit it as hard as you can, light strikes is all it takes to get going. Also remember the strength you strike with is the same pressure the ball will hit you in the face with if you miss a shot. Just lightly tap it and your proficiency will improve quickly. Then you can move to faster harder strikes. Either way this isn’t a heavy bag, it’s a reflex tool. Once you get it down it’s pretty fun. Every time I walk past it I pick it up and tell myself i’ll Play with it for a couple minutes. 30 min. Later i’m Still doing it.

Fun little thing with plenty of extras
I've seen these things here and there on random YouTube videos or on TV with fighters using them to warm up and they always caught my eye. I'm no fitness freak, much less a fighter of any sort, but I thought it'd be a fun thing to move around with while watching a hockey/football/sport game on TV. And it is just that. It's pretty neat how quickly you get a hang of it, and it is really satisfying to rail off 100+ punches in a row. This was the perfect set too. Plenty of cheap options on Amazon but I picked this one because it seemed to have all the extras. And indeed it does. All three balls have elastic attached already along with a spare. The tennis ball even had a string so long it could be used four times over. Two hooks for attaching to the headband. Which the headband is nice, tough, rubbery plastic with a metal eyelet for the hooks. And it has handwraps (which you will actually want for longer sessions with the heavy ball). Even a little bag to keep it all in. Really great bang for the buck.Only note I'd make is to not follow the instructions about actually cutting the elastic cords to length, just tie them to length. I find you can actually play around a little with the length for different styles of punches whether you want to be snapping straight jabs or doing short little rapid punches with your elbows bent a tad. Plus somebody with longer/shorter arms might want to take a whirl with it someday too. You can just tuck any excess flapping string into the headband so it isn't danging in your view. I don't know if this is for professionals or anything but it is great hand-eye coordination fun that I would recommend.

Great challenge, great quality
We bought this for our kids to use to improve their coordination while playing a fun self-improving game. The kids love it! We should’ve bought multiples because they fight over it! It’s avtually quite challenging - but one can pick it up quickly with practice. My 13 yo son is especially good at it. Would highly recommend! Seems like quality is also there - and I like that it comes with a variety of options, as well as storage bag.

Great piece of apparatus
I liked it, started with the beginner ball but that did work for me went to the fast ball "Great". This was more my speed level i use MMA gloves on my hands greater control the adjustment of the string took a few sessions but now it's fine great fun. Good service from the company I live in Indonesia and received it OK

Great product
I really enjoy this. Been using this for like a week now and I really do feel the improvement of my hand and eye coordination. I noticed I struggled with my left hand hitting the target much more than with my right but evening out well at this point. I'm using the tennis ball which is the middle one out of the three but enjoying the benefits of this greatly. Would recommend this product to everyone!

Interesting Twist on Exercise
Unusual twist on exercise, takes some getting used to if you have no experience with boxing technique. Finally getting the hang of it after a month and starting to have some fun. My coordination has improved tremendously. Components seem to be OK; don't know if it will hold up over time. Glad I tried it.

Poor product quality, very unsatisfied
Do NOT buy this product! The string comes off after a single use and the third ball is literally just a tennis ball with a cheap elastic string attached that comes off easily. The material of the hand wrap is subpar and smells after 10 minutes of using. The bag is not ventilated so after a workout and throwing it into the bag, you’ll just be trapping all that nasty smell in there.I was really looking forward to this product too.. I don’t recommend anybody buying this product! I will be looking for a different and more high quality brand!!
