Product worked amazingly well but the charging cord was damaged and we cannot find a way to replace it. It seems like this has been a problem for a lot of people from the questions being asked under the product description. the link sends you to a replacement EKG but not to the charger.... So recommend as long as staff is taught how to plug a cord in correctly, otherwise its a great machine for a short amount of time. EDIT : The manufacturer reached out and was able to replace the cable! Very impressed with their customer service! Recommend buying this product.

I use this monitor for in home blood pressure monitoring for my client's pets. I take it weekly to an animal urgent care hospital where I volunteer, and compare it to their doppler. The machine is within the same range as the doppler. Not exact readings, but in the same parameters. The pulse oximeter is spot on compared to the one used at the animal hospital. I have only had it a month, but so far I am very pleased with the product.

the thermosensor doesn't work properly, does it have a warranty?

I have bought a few of these for our vet hospital.. they work pretty well. They wires can be delicate, so be careful. Works well with bluetooth.

I purchased this to monitor my dogs BP at home. I thought I could deal with the terrible directions written in broken english and deplorable “companion app” if it meant it would take accurate readings. No such luck. I compared readings with the vets readings while at the vets and they were wildly different. Such a waste of money. Returning it ASAP.

El equipo llegó en perfectas condiciones. Es una excelente inversión, incluso encontré en él más funciones de las esperadas. Los parámetros medidos son confiables y el oscimetro trabaja bastante bien incluso en pacientes inquietos durante una consulta de rutina. La presión diastólica no siempre es precisa. A veces se altera la lectura del ECG mientras hace la medición de la presión arterial. De igual forma es un ecg básico en pantalla pequeña, si espera poder descifrar los tamaños de las ondas e intervalos, el trazado no le servirá. Incluye un protector de pantalla además de dos pinzas de tamaños distintos para SpO2. Aunque los manguitos (cuffs) dicen ser descartables pueden servir durante varias ocasiones si son tratados con cuidado. Es un buen equipo, portátil y sencillo que sirve de apoyo en procedimientos de rutina. Buena relación precio-beneficio. La batería duró alrededor de un mes sin necesidad de recargarla desde el inicio de su uso (alrededor de 30 minutos a la semana en procedimientos cortos y aislados con mediciones constantes de NIBP) El uso de la app es regular (Android, Xiaomi Redmi note 9) debido a que pierde la conexión Bluetooth con facilidad y frecuencia durante el monitoreo.
