Waste of resources to produce these, waste of money as well. The size was right but it was not seamless wear as well, can clearly see the upper edge through my clothe. After one wear, the gel just gave up. The paper it came with to help cover it after every wear was rubbish as well, just a really cheap, cannot be recycled whatsoever pieces of plastics.

This product arrived torn and felt very cheap. I returned it and will not be buying another
