Definitely not a frou-frou bag. Simple, functional & looks like it was made for the Swedish Army. The zipper needs to be lubed with the included tube of grease to reduce effort, but it’s waterproof & airtight, so you know it’s not going to be as easy to use as your everyday zippers. Still easier to access than the rolled opening of most dry bags. Plenty of room to hold your plus-size phone even if it’s in a big Otterbox style case with plenty room left over for wallet, keys & such, yet still smaller than most waist bags. The nylon waist strap fit my 40” waist with enough room to spare that it might handle up to 48” or so. Bag slides anywhere on the strap so you can keep the buckle up front & position the bag where you want it. I personally would not wear it in the water, but I wouldn’t hesitate to put it on over a wet bathing suit for a quick trip into the marina store for supplies, & I wouldn’t worry at all about rain getting into it. Haven’t had it long enough to comment on durability, but the fact that it looks to be made to military specs hints that it should hold up well. It’s too bulky needs to be half the size and the band is terribly painful

I just got this bag today, and the quality of materials and manufacture are excellent.This bag will be used to save me time during the current outbreak.I am immunocompromised, so everything I take out of the house (keys, handbag, clothes, etc) has to be washed when coming back into the house.The bag is usee to carry items that I might not use, but want the option to use when shopping, like extra cash, masks, gloves, phone charger, phone cable, etc. If I don't end up opening the bag to access these items, I can wash the bag upon returning home, without having to wash the items inside the bag. This saves 10-15 minutes of washing and drying every time I go out. The bag gets washed off in a sink full of soapy water, and the contents stay dry. Totally worth the money!Paper face masks are a snug fit in this bag, but they still hold their shape.100% would buy again, and recommend to anyone looking for a small reasonably waterproof bag.

A little hard to zip and unzip, front zipper isn't water proof.

Not waterproof at all, pretty water resistant after you grease the zipper a ton but then you have a super greasy zipper which is near impossible to grip when wet. After being hit with a few waves, everything inside was wet because the few ounce or two that did get in was just a puddle sloshing around inside.

Swam for 2 hours with my phone and my keys in the fanny pack. Not a drop of water inside. Amazing product !!!!!!

Got this for my son. He loves it. Kept all his stuff dry at the theme park. In the rain and water rides.
