Buy it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very useful for installing veritcal lap siding *by C***Y on July 31, 2012* I purchased this to make it easier to install vertical lap 9.25" cement fiber siding. It is intuitive and simple to use and provides you a consistent measurement. This works best when used with the FCG2 1.25" overlap gauge and holder. This gauge can be held in one hand while nailing. The gauge block will hold the board in the correct place as you use your air nailer. Be sure to take measurements so you know exactly how much exposure you wind up with. My gauge created an exposure of 8 1/16".
