Tried and true
This is a very good pen with a nice hand feel. The only thing i did to it was through away the fine refill and replace it with an extra bold one, because that;s what i like to write with.

I'll be honest, I wasn't really expecting much from this pen. I've been accused of being a pen snob, and I only bought this to fill up for free shipping. But you know what, this pen really exceeded expectations. It's still quite obviously plastic, but it looks professional, albeit dated. Not something you'd be embarrassed to be seen using at work. It writes smoothly, and feels solid. The ink flows immediately and doesn't skip. There's no scratchiness or variations in line quality. Basically, it writes better than a $2 pen really ought to. My only complaint is a minor one: without an ergonomic grip or design, you might want to look elsewhere if you'll be writing all day every day.

The tip moves when I put the pen down to start writing and that annoys me a little. The flow is fine. I would try a plain stick instead of this retractable.

This pen is smooth, not strikingly dark black. comfortable to hold, light weight. Overall good. Although it is costly for single pen.
