HI, Bilberry may help a person see in the dark better. I did not see well when I was full of heavy metals. This greatly helped. I was driving on the highway and it seemed like I was in a dark bathroom...but taking this and doing EDTA/DMPS IV chelations helped my eyes get better, so I could see better in the dark. Lutein Eyes is also very helpful and zinc, Vit A 10,000IU. This has Beta Carotene, Vit B2, Bilberry, Carrot powder, Citrus Bioflavonoids. I like the Now brand formulas. They are very helpful to heal me. There is a Now brand- Eye Support that is also great. Best wishes.

Overall👍👍👍, but I do not rely on this product alone for night vision. I take c3g twice a week, black currant extract and other things! I would not rely on this product alone for eye improvement!
