Steen's Cane is a beautiful thing
Honestly, this vinegar has something special that others don't. I wouldn't use it as a direct replacement for a cider vinegar usually, but I would definitely consider it for replacing a balsamic, especially for a cajun/creole recipe. I also like it in barbecue sauces. Lovely stuff.

Great vinegar with a sweet undertone
I had never heard of Cane Vinegar until I used a recipe for Marinated Crab Claws. This vinegar brought a sweetness to the acidity of the recipe that was delightful. I plan on using it in vinaigrettes as well.

Loveee as part of sugar cane vinegarette homemade salad dressing
Best item on planet when matched with same brand of syrup, when trying to match a restaurant chains (Glory Day’s) secret cane sugar vinegarette recipe. Already referred it to a lot of family members.
