Review after 5 months: I had written a positive review at first (which I left below for reference), but here I am again after having to bin it. It started to leak after approx 20 uses in 5 months. As I had noticed from the beginning in order for this to last, you need to be absolutely extra careful; you need to make sure that the hose always has a large radius when bending; if you bend it too tightly, it will "collapse", the inner part will pierce the green fabric and eventually it will leak. It is very handy to store, but not durable under normal use. I had read a comment of someone who also had my same issue, but as I normally look after thing well, I thought they may have not treated it well enough. However, it broke for me too. Review after a few uses: It is handy because short when empty and conveniently long when filled with water. The various sprinkling options are practical. Only downside, you need to handle it carefully because if you try and bend it too tightly, the pipe "collapses" in the bending point and if done repeatedly over time, my feeling is that this could cause it to leak. I have only used it a few times and handled it carefully and had no issues with it. Good value for money.

I bought it on the 4tn May - split on the 28th June. It lasted less than 2 months. It was full length, in the garden, I’d just used it - then pop . Half way in the length of the hose / it split. Read the reviews. The saying “expensive is cheap, cheap is expensive” never more true - cheap is expensive because I need to now purchase another hose pipe and and it’s going to cost me. 😡 Whst is the point of posting a photo… ? 🤣 Trust me, it’s got a hole in it!

This is our third hose of this type. They are easy to use and don't get crinks in them that affect the water flow, which is a real plus. You do have to discharge the water for a few minutes once you have turned the tap off but you just work this into your watering routine. Once the tap is off and the water discharged, the hose curls up so you don't have a length of hose to reel in, or leave lying about. We have found, however, that the hose only lasts about 18 months/2 years before springing a leak - you can still use it but it becomes a little soggy. Ideal for a courtyard/terrace/lawn beds but probably not to be dragged over gravel or stones.

I’ve had this hose a month now and have used it daily on my garden bonsai trees and flowers. I’ve always had a plastic hose on a reel and to be honest they annoy me because they don’t unravel quick etc etc . This hose is amazing and I wasn’t really expecting too much so I’m really happy. It saves so much time and space. It expands so much and is so easy to use. Once you turn the power off and drain the water it shrinks back and can be easily packed away. It doesn’t feel weak either it feels durable and strong meaning it will withstand being dragged round the garden. I’ve included a video and some pictures to show you how good it is and also showing the hoses different settings. Perhaps not as important is the look of the hose. It looks modern and is also comfortable to use. Really have been pleasantly surprised at how good this hose is. For price, look and quality I’d rate this very highly it is 100% better than the standard garden hose and that alone for me was key. But aside from that it really is a great price and an absolute bargain. Highly recommend because it really is impressive.

Love this hose. Doesn’t tangle and is super lightweight. Let it fill with water before using the gun as it increases in length considerably. Empty before storing. Wraps around the outside tap nicely

Bought to replace the same brand from 2020. Not as good as the previous version as this new version comes with a plastic end quick fitting and not brass, plus the ball tap is longer provided which means I can't close the end when changing spray guns so water blasts everywhere. Other than that, decent for price if less useful.
