This beautiful work of art adds rich charm to any home, my wife loves it. Care should be taken to use the right size screws to mount it to a solid wall,(studs) as it is somewhat heavy. I checked the back and it does have a steel plate which may be difficult to see but its there, and the resin seems to have fiberglass fibers running through it, so its safe to mount.

This is my third mermaid from this company, looks 10x better than photo. Had a hiccup with delivery and damaged box/mermaid, the great customer service, sent out a replacement without any issues. The quality of these mermaids are amazing. We have had many compliments at our bayhouse.
