Easy assembly, huge drying capacity
Super simple to assemble, easy to fold and move, and nice and sturdy. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for for my basement laundry room. It’s big enough to hang a comforter on, and not at all tippy or flimsy. When I’m not using it, I can fold it and set it aside. I love that I can also hang shirts on hangers, either to dry, or as I’m ironing. Really impressed with this, especially for the price. Highly recommend!

A bit tricky to unfold...
I read a review that stated the bars were crossed, (my bars were crossed too, but once I figured out that not only does the one set of cross bars have to be opened up 270 degrees, while it's folded it tends to twist up, and you just have to rotate the legs in a circular motion until they're untwisted. The locking mechanism on the side that has to be opened up 270, seems like it doesn't fit, but if you push the legs in just a bit, it will lock into place. Honestly, if you have the space, I would just fold up the cross bars and store it that way, because it does take some practice, and a good sense of spacial perception :D If I can get a video of it I will post, but I hope this helps. Once assembled it is very sturdy, for a clothes rack. I wouldn't let kids climb on it or anything.

Storage saver for folks in tight apts
I live in a NYC apt so I have very limited space to hang up my wet laundry (nice clothes that I don't want to put in the dryer to prevent shrinking/fading) - this rack takes up very little space when folded though it is tall - seems complicated to stand it up at first but it's really easy once you get the logic - make a capital 'N' then twist one of the legs to make a small 'n' - there's an instruction page - the important thing is to use your hand and fingers when locking the mechanism - but I took a star away bc as another reviewed has noted the stabilizing 'catch' is about an inch off so you can't lock it - this is a manufacturing error which should have been fixed - still, the rack is solid once you have weight hanging off it - plus it's long enough that I can put both my sweater drying meshes on top - there is a separate bar to secure the middle of the 2 'X's - I use a rubber band to keep it with the main body of the rack when it's folded up - one of the reviewers claimed the long parallel bars were assembled incorrectly at the factory - I don't think that's the case - the bar should not cross if you're unfolding the rack correctly

Just what I was looking for
I really like this drying rack. It folds up to store and keep out of the way until it is needed. After reviewing the instructions (I read reviews and people complained that it was hard to figure out how to set it up), it was very clear how to set it up. The first time I used it, I set it up quickly and it was ready to use. It is sturdy, but not extra sturdy. It serves the purpose that I need in drying multiple delicate items. I also intend to use it to dry blankets and large comforters, just haven't done that yet. I would definitely recommend this item to my family and friends.

Worth it!!
One of the best investments I’ve made this year. I can’t afford to dry clean all of my clothes, so I just wash them myself and I hang them to dry. It used to take me a week or more to wash my clothes.. because I had no where to hang them. I searched amazon for drying racks and I saw this one!! BEST THING EVER!! It’s sturdy and it folds easy to put away after use. I just moved into my new home, so I have an extra room that I don’t occupy right now. I set my rack up in there.. and I can finish my laundry way sooner than before. Thinking about ordering another one. Just because I love it so much!

I don't even know how i got this thing standing
First off, I NEEDED a rack that I could use annually for the community garage sale but that could fold away when not in use. This rack arrived with no instructions, kinda just shoved into a box for me to figure it out. There was no actual TRUE assembly. I received some poles that were already pretty much put together but I had to try and figure out how to bend, twist, unfold, spin and lock it into place. At first, it didn't feel very sturdy at all and was very shaky but then I started locking (pushing down on) each of the joints and it felt more firmly planted in place but still mildly shaky but workable, there was a loose pole which goes in the middle and has two little slots that the pole lip fits into on each side. I found that out by mere coincidence 2 hours after I began using the rack. One thing I don't like it that the rack is kinda short so if you have longer maxi dresses or jumpsuits, you will have to tuck the bottoms into the hanger so that they don't drag the floor. the rack is now up and standing and I was able to fit quite a few items on it. I just hope that I am able to figure out how to fold this thing away when the garage sale is finished.

Happy with purchase
I am loving it. This is perfect to hang my clothes that can’t be dry in the machine or I can let my comforters air dry. It is pretty simple to set up and put away. The only problem I had was the middle bar that is not connected and I guess you really don’t need it but it does not slide easily to one side and need to shove it in. But overall it is great.

Would have been a great product for hanging clothes in the house, if it wasn't incorrectly made.
Couldn't wait to get to use this clothes rack. Unfortunately, once it was opened and following the directions to put it together, it was not made correctly. One bar was incorrect and thus it wouldn't go together. If it had been manufactured correctly, it would have been a great clothes rack, as it was wide and could hold a lot of clothing. And it would collapse to a small enough size to store it but, unfortunately, that wasn't the case because one rod was incorrect. Had to return it. Didn't buy another one because thought I might just get another bad one, so purchased another type clothes rack that works as expected and no assembly required.

I wanted a clothes drying rack that I could hang a number of hangers on. This is quite sturdy compared to other racks that I have purchased in the past. But, I don't think that the ones that I have bought in the past cost as much as this one. My husband assembled for me and said that he didn't have any issues. He wasn't sure about one of the pieces and had to guess where it was supposed to go. All in all, so far, I haven't been disappointed.
