Excellent for nordic walking and walking therapy
These have been excellent in helping me recover from my chemotherapy. They help me maintain my balance and I have significantly increased my number and speed of steps over the last few weeks. The are very adjustable including the hand straps. I highly recommend them.

Good so far.
Used quite a few times walking in the highlands. Good so far, only problem is the pole ends not gripping in icy conditions. My microspikes prevent me from falling but the pole ends slip and make it a bit uncomfortable when the

Perfect in many ways
A newbie to Trekking Poles. I suppose like any other person wanting to get some trekking poles for their adventures up and down hills mountains, Tors etc I did a fair amount of research in various places from YouTube, Reviews, etc etc. on types of handles, adjustable height, locking devices and accessories for different terrain. These Cascade Mountain Tech Trekking Poles fits and ticks all the boxes. You will understand when you do your own comparison with others on the product, build quality, what they are made of and of course price. Happy Trekking
