Bad service
Unfortunately i can't say if it was easy to assemble as the chair was faulty. I asked for a replacement but wasn't given one. I did get a full refund but was left with a faulty chair, which i had to dispose of my self at a cost of £35.oo as the supplier didn't take back faulty goods. Id purchased the chair for my blind 81 yr old mother... it was very stressful for her...

This chair is poorly made. It started to fall apart with in a few months. Save your money till you can get a better chair.
