very tiny plastic tube, necessary for proper repair of the door flap spring, as it is a bushing between the spring arm and the plastic slot in the flap; absurdly priced — should have come with the spring, as many folks may buy the spring and not replace a worn or missing "pin", causing excess wear to the slotbe careful — while struggling to get the spring seated into the slot in the flap, this tube can slide off the spring; i almost lost it into the interior of the flap behind the slot

It works exactly as it is supposed to work - thank you for this product. It is confusing to install (at least I thougt so). I needed a diagram which does not come with the part. When my pin broke it "disappeared" into the 8th dimension so I had no reference. It is an amazingly stupid design by Samsung.

It's just a little plastic sleeve that one end of the door spring fits into. The one I received is distorted and I was not able to insert the end of the spring into it. I'll try warming it in some hot water to see if that will soften it enough so that the wire can be inserted. I think that you could probably wrap duct tape around the wire and get the same effect.

Works as advertised for the models advertised. It does squeak a bit more than the original did.

It was just what was needed to repair our refrigerator.
