We're wondering how we lived without this
July 23/2015 update: We moved to a new house. We were so pleased with the Luxe Bidets we had installed in our previous house we left them installed thinking they would help sell the house. This means I am installing 3 of these units in our new house. I put one in last night. Two problems came up, both of which I had solved before. I think Luxe needs to do something about them, or at least, customers should understand they are likely to face these problems and they should have solutions on hand. The rubber washer that goes with the metal fitting that allows you to draw water from the hot water supply is not thick enough. The metal fitting that Luxe supplies has too much thread to fit properly onto many of the standard stop valves that have been used for decades here in the Pacific Northwest. The Luxe supplied fitting can only screw on so far because it has more threads than the stop valves it is fitting onto and the rubber washer isn't thick enough to take up the remaining space. It leaks. I found that a 1/2" diameter cone washer was available that did the job, but it took a trip to several stores to find it. Luxe should supply a thicker washer. The cost to them would be insignificant. There may be stop valves that have enough threads to enable the Luxe supplied washer to work, but I measured the ones available here at several stores and there aren't any here. The second problem, was far more serious. At least with the rubber washer problem you are aware it is leaking right away. The second thing is, the plastic fitting that enables a cold water supply line to go from the bottom of the toilet tank to the Luxe bidet is unreliable. I remembered having trouble with one of these previously, but enough time had gone by that I somehow believed I might try using it on this install. I carefully installed it and it did not leak at first. I checked several hours later just before going to bed and there were still no leaks. However, in the morning, there was water all over the bathroom floor. Perhaps water pressure in the system in this city is slightly higher in the early morning. No one had disturbed the fitting to cause it to fail. I'm going to try the KES K1018 metal fitting available here on Amazon as a replacement. Luxe should solve this problem by supplying a better fitting. I'm still very happy with their bidets. We're looking forward to having them in all three bathrooms in our new (to us) home. My previous review continues unedited from this point: We have been very pleased with this attachment, so much so that after only a few weeks of use, we were going to order a second one. Just as I was about to order, My wife and I have never used a bidet before but we have considered getting one at times in the past. I didn't install one because I thought it meant expanding the size of the bathroom, opening up the walls to add new plumbing and crawling under the floor to put in a drain. A job that size is easy to put off. I didn't know I could just buy an attachment and add a usable bidet function to a toilet. My wife had noticed this Luxe unit on Amazon and drew my attention to it. I read a few reviews, considered the low price, and ordered one right away. I dropped everything and installed it the day it arrived. It seems there was a bit of a pent up demand here for this. Luxe includes enough parts that it looked like the installation wouldn't require a trip to the hardware store. It turned out I had to go out to buy a hose. I don't hold this against Luxe. This is a 45 year old house. If they didn't include any fittings this would still seem like a good deal. However, when I install one of these in future, I won't be using the plastic 3 way fitting Luxe supplies so that the cold water toilet supply can also supply cold water to the bidet. The included fitting seems alarmingly flimsy. After I installed it, if I shifted the position of the hose leading from it it would leak. The leak stopped when I arranged the hoses so there was no strain on the fitting. No water has leaked in the weeks I've used the appliance since then. But I have a vivid imagination, and I don't like the thought of one day seeing a pool of water on my house floor. I would have preferred that Luxe supplied a better fitting for this, if they were going to supply one at all. I like using fittings that inspire confidence. We're moving soon and taking this bidet with us to a newer house so I will address this problem then. I would get a metal 3 way that doesn't have a tap to restrict the flow. It seems that some people think they want to be able to restrict the flow of water to their Luxe bidets. The controls are so easy to use I see no need. We were both delighted once we started using this device. I like using it with warm water but my wife says she doesn't need to wait for the water to warm up - cold is fine. I had a few inital doubts. I wondered about the fact that because the toilet seat ends up raised a bit at the back to accommodate the unit, I might need to install spacers at the front of the seat. I wondered if the control suspended out there on its plastic arm would stand the test of time. I also needed a few uses to get used to being washed this often. But as time goes by, I've found that all my concerns have disappeared. I didn't need front spacers for the seat. My tissues quickly got used to being washed with this device. The Luxe controls feel fine once you use them a few times. For less than $100, we have a bidet that does a great job. It doesn't require any extra floor space. I didn't need to enlarge the bathroom, open up the walls, or crawl under the floor. It only took a few uses before I was completely comfortable using it. And it works delightfully well. When I use a toilet somewhere else now, I wish there was a bidet nearby. The main question now is, how did we live without this?

My life has been changed. Installation, use, and efficiency are all surprisingly positive.
And now, an inspirational horror story: Two young women arm themselves with wrenches, plumber's tape, and their high hopes to take on the installation of The Luxe Bidet NEO 320. 40 short minutes later, The Bidet is installed. The time for testing is now, the path to cleanliness is clear, Victim #1 approaches the porcelain throne. Innocent, blameless, naive. She sits upon the throne as her cohort sends her support through the door. Victim #1 holds her breath and turns on The Bidet. The air in Victim #1 lungs explodes out of her in a yelp borne of icy violation. Lo even with the handle cranked all the way to hot, the water can only be described as arctic. To add more trauma to her experience, the force with which said water makes contact with Victim #1 precious derriere is that of a fire hose. The mighty barrier has been breached. The one-way orifice has been violated. The cave of wonders has unexpected company. The flood waters are rising and there is no defence strong enough to stop them. Victim #1 immediately stops the assault and calls for spiritual support from any god who would listen to her plea. Victim #2 listens in horror to the testimony of Victim #1, not quite understanding the gravity of the situation. As Victim #1 stands from the torture seat, that which came in unconsensually found it's way out in a similar fashion. I will leave this section to your personal imaginations. It is now time for Victim #2 to experience the arctic blast. Taking the advice of her predecessor, Victim #2 ever so delicately pulled the handle. Alas, she too felt the frosty blast of the Anal Power Washer. The immediate reaction of Victim #2 was to exclaim in fear, turn off The Bidet, and burst into inexplicable tears. Now you may be asking, "Why? How could this happen?". Upon research, it was discovered that the Vagus Nerve travels directly from the brain to end in one's anus. There it attaches to a multitude of nerves surrounding the anal and perineal area. By introducing a sudden cold sensation, one can trigger a Vagal Response. This causes a drop in blood pressure and can lead to unpredictable emotional responses. Victim #2, weeping and confused from frigid violation, exits the bathroom as a new human. Gone is the innocent young girl, here stands a woman who has seen war. Victim #1 and #2 assess The Bidet to find what may be causing the lack of warm water that was promised. Setting the device to "nozzle clean" mode, the Survivors run the water for a few moments in an attempt to obtain redemption for their chilled back doors. Behold! Warmth has been detected! As a sensory balm for the Survivors' trauma, each takes her turn to enjoy the pleasant warmth of the Forbidden Water Fountain. As Victim #2 sat to experience the comforting embrace of H2O, she forgot a crucial step. Blinded by the excitement of experiencing the warm caress of Poseidon, she neglected to sit with her legs firmly together. The consequences were immediate. The god-like speed of the water making contact with Victim #2's poop chute was enough to allow the splash radius to go airborne. Mild collateral damage was observed, mostly on the breeches of Victim #2, but most of the surroundings remained unmoistened. And so, dear readers, I hope you take heed to the warnings in this testimony. Both victims agree that they have never felt cleaner, but one must consider the cost of such luxury when yearning for a sterile starfish.

Posterior Poo and Parasites
If you will allow me the time to tell you a story about this little bidet, I'll tell you how it has changed our rather simple, traditional lives and likely saved our sanity. But first, a little background about our family because a review without a frame of reference is as valid as a scale without numbers. You trust your friend's reviews more than mine because you have a reference, and I want you to trust what I am telling you. We are about as dwindling-middle-class, southern, white, north Americans as you can get. We believed the lies we were told about giving back to our community and my wife and I took up the cause, becoming a teacher and police officer (now former, but it makes me seem more ba-dass), respectively. Ten years of marriage and two awesome kids later, we're in debt up to our eyeballs, drive 10-year-old clunker cars and have a house in the 'burbs that's been under DIY restoration for over a year. Don't take our rendition of the storied American dream as complaining though, we still consider ourselves lucky and happy people to have our health and loving family all around us. Our kids (for anonymity we'll just call them Boy (6 years old) and Girl (3 years old) are smart as a whip and keep us on our toes, and now we pretty much live our lives to make theirs better - like most good Oregon-Trail-Generation parents would do. However, our kids plight in life seems to run counter to what we want for them. They seem bent on destruction. Much like larger, cuter Family Guy Stewies who can't be turned off with the click of a remote. You see, they became infested with a highly contagious, unknown-to-us parasite called pinworms. If you're like us and have never heard of these devilish little feces eaters, let me reassure you that it is not a prognosis you want to hear from your children's favorite health care professional. "Parasites!?" you ask. "What does your personal hygiene issue have to do with a product review for a bidet?!" Then it sets in... Without breaking the 4th wall and putting words in your mouth again, we'll use this aside to increase your education, you poor unsuspecting Amazon shopper in search of a more civilized way to remove poo from your otherwise sculpted posterior. You see, pinworms (medically, Enterobius vermicularis) are a parasite, only a few millimeters in length, that live solely in human colons and rectums. It gets worse... hold on. The female pinworms crawl out of a host's anus at night and lay microscopic eggs on the host's skin. This causes irritation, irritation causes scratching and scratching causes these little satanic spores to be spread around, both back to the host and to others by being eaten and sometimes inhaled. In fact, according to our family practitioner of mortifying news and various websites of similar renown, these little feces-hole-dwellers are more common than lice, extremely contagious and harder to get rid of than a Maker's Mark hangover in your 30's . FML. So, that was the news we received. I still remember the sinking feeling as my wife told me on the phone why the kids had been complaining about itchy rumps; all while I hurriedly drove home reading Web-MD (I know, I know... I probably wasn't buckled up either. I was panicking!) and my skin, you know where, started to crawl with anticipation of the evil lurking within. You know the line "Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to the dark side." We pretty much went dark side in 3 seconds flat, I don't care who my daddy is. This is our course. The remedy for clearing up this less-than-optimal situation is two-fold. One: drugs. A type of anti-parasitic that you take once to knock out the adults and then wait two weeks (longest. two. weeks. ever.) to take it again to knock out any newly hatched anal spawns. By the way, should you find yourself in this unfortunate situation, these pills will set you back about $250 A PIECE. Thankfully we have decent insurance, but most carriers don't cover it anymore because the drug companies are all apparently owned by Martin Shkreli (speaking of pains in the rear). Avoiding politics... the second piece is hyper-cleaning everything, every day. We're not talking about dusting and some lysol here. We're talking about stripping the beds every single day of this process, boiling your sheets and clothes or as close to that as your washing machine will get, quarantining kids toys, washing hands until they crack and bleed, burning your house to the ground... you start to get the idea. That's where the bidet finally comes into play. One of the recommendations is that, because the fecal spawns only lay potentially airborne microscopic eggs at night, washing the butts of those afflicted first thing in the morning will go a long way towards the prevention of reinfecting anyone else. Our doc said wet wipes, I said screw that we're upgrading the toilet! Enter in our rectum rectifier, our washer of wangs, cleaner of <wife removed>, hygienicizer of hinies, tidyer of <also wife removed>, freshener of farters... the Neo 320 bidet! For the price we paid (less than 3.5 times one of those pills!), the peace of mind knowing that my kids' rears are now daily power-washed and no longer launching spores into the air with each giggly toot, I'd easily go into even more debt and pay 10 times what we did. We also enjoy the cleaner, fresher feeling and reduced paperwork in the house. It will be even better when our lovely munchkins no longer view it as the new toy (admittedly we torched and cloroxed the rest of their toys into oblivion), trying to see which sprayer can launch nerf darts the furthest. For the record, >12 feet, the length of our equipped bathroom, on either sprayer at full tilt. To date, my wife and I have not seen any indication that these little nuggets of grossness have been passed over to us. We are diligently doing our part to rid the world of these things, no matter the cost of sanity, time or wealth. We tribute at least part of that success to this bidet, which we are very pleased with. The TLDR version is get one, installation is easy and it's highly effective at ridding bottoms of poo and parasites. We will be buying another one whenever we have our 2nd bathroom remodel done

Bye Bye Tissue!
Ok update time! Had this thing for a while still LOVEEEEEE IT! can't even imagine life without it. My only adjustment to this review is that forget what I said about your bottom area being warm enough to counter the cold water! That was during summer months but if u live in a state where it gets COLD (winter snow) then you definitely NEED to get the one with warm water.. it's just simply put. I tried using cold water nozzle and I nearly froze my bottom off! My cold water gets cold so during winter it was unbearable! Glad that I spoiled myself and went with the hot water option to begin with. Oh and I still use toilet paper but just to dry off which is only 3 sheets honestly. I'm still using the 8pack of toilet paper that I bought well into September and it is now January into the next year and I still have 3 rolls left! Would have more but I still use it for my nose, dang allergies. U would save soooo much money on useless toilet paper costs!! Ok that's all folks, byeeeee! ___________________________________ OK. You're probably here bc, like me, there have been wayy to many times where u forgot to get toilet paper while u were out and u just want an alternative...Well ur not alone, and u being here is not a coincidence. So just trust ur gut and buy it. Product: The product itself is very sleek and very feminine (rose version) which i like. It is made of basic plastic, which I dont mind. Installation: OK i live alone so it was only me putting it together. It wasnt hard at ALL to put it together. The most time was spent on removing my toilet seat and because the bolts were rusted it took a while to take off. But once that was off, everything was smooth sailing. I like the fact that this bidet doesnt require any electric or plugs, which makes it that much easy to install. I bought the hot water version which was easy to hook up to my sink to allow that privilege. Utilization: Using this bidet is quite simple. It is quick to find the right "position" so that the jet stream hits where it needs. I cant speak for the feminine wash bc im a male but the back door part stream is on point. I would say start off by SLOWLY raising the lever bc it can get VERY strong fast! I've had it for a month and i could say that the anal region was sensitive at first but with continued use it is starting to get used to the jet stream. In the beginning I found myself still using a little toilet paper after i use the bidet because i really didn't put much trust in it and i thought i still had to "check" to see whether it got the job done -- and it did. Temperature: I chose to buy the one with hot water control. So with this, yes I use hot water when I want that luxury. HOWEVER, it does take a while for the hot water to come through the bidet. What I do is while using the toilet, I will turn the dial to "self clean" and that way I can run through some of the cold water so that when I finally need to use the bidet it is hot and ready (literally lol). NOTE: I think most of us underestimate the warm temperature of our bodies so we think that the cold water stream will be uncomfortable and Im here to tell u that IT IS NOT. Most times i do not even use the hot water and using the cold water is not so "shocking" as one would think. Our body temperature makes up for the cold temp and i dont mind the cool water on my bottom. So in essence, I really didn't NEED the hot option but its still nice to have that option especially since we are approaching the cooler winter months. Conclusion: I am very glad I chose to pamper myself to buy this item. I dont think I will EVER live in a place with no bidet. I dont see why many American homes do not come with them by default. I still buy tissue paper for the guests that come to my home who dont want to use or are not familiar with the bidet. I have bought "bum towels" for the purpose of drying myself after use of the bidet and that is sufficient enough for me. I highly recommend!

Wonderful bathroom addition!
Warning: This review contains a bit of cheek. If that is not your thing, do pass on by. If it is, read on, reader. Read on. As a child and through most of my adult life, I thought bidets were a strange European thing. I never had a great desire, as such, to use one and I had heard many a horror story. This all began to change when my sister went to Korea to teach English for a year. Before we heard anything about the country itself, she commented on how her hotel room had a bidet and how strange that was. We even received pictures of said bidet. Later on, however, and throughout the year, we continuously heard how wonderful they were; and how sad she was when the one in her apartment broke (they never replaced it). After her job was up and she came back to the states, the first thing she said after using the restroom back at the house was how barbaric American toilets where (lol). Fast forward a few months to Christmas. She had this model of bidet on her Amazon wishlist, and being a bit of a troll at heart, I purchased this bidet for her as a joke (and also cause she wanted it). She was embarrassed (mission accomplished!) and she has had nothing but praise for it ever since. I was recently given the opportunity to review this product; and it was love at first go. Instead of leaving a hasty review, however, I wanted to give it some time to be sure that my opinion didn't change. After almost a week of use, here are my thoughts: 1. Ease of install: 2 parts. Cold water installation - This was very easy and I pulled it off without a hitch. Took about 15 minutes, if that. Hot water installation - This turned out to be much harder, but it was not the fault of the bidet. I have a freestanding sink cabinet and I was very lucky in that I had a gap between the cabinet and the wall just wide enough to slip the polyurethane hose through; no drilling required. The hose was extremely curly however, and I could not get it to stretch far enough without it turning back on itself. I eventually had to channel my inner MacGyver and use a cat toy I had laying around that consisted of a stick the same size as the hose and a string. I tied the string to the hose and proceeded to pull it through. 2. Tools?: I didn't require tools until I got under the sink. When we remodeled the bathroom, some grout or cement fell onto the water connection pipe and I had to get a wrench to twist the connector to break it free. Later I had to use the same wrench to chip off the grout because I couldn't get the T connector to screw all the way on. The wrench was helpful for overall tightening, but I don't think it would have been necessary otherwise. Do have a towel handy for leaks, though. 3. Ease of use: Having never used a bidet before, I was not quite sure what to expect. I hit myself and the dog in the face first time testing it out (don't look down the barrel of a loaded gun, kids), and I soon coaxed my brother into doing the same (trollface.jpg). But in all seriousness, it is very easy to use. Lift the lever slowly though! 4. Matchy? Cool factor?: Personally, I think it looks great in my bathroom. I have jewel tones of green and blue in the tile and the paint on the wall, and the bidet blends in really well. I have a friend who came over earlier this week while I was at work; and when I got home, she said my bionic toilet was awesome. . 5. Cleaning feature: It seems to keep itself clean well enough. I have one slight concern about the placement of the nozzle in the bowl and how close it sits to the back of the toilet, but your mileage may vary, as everyone has a different model toilet. Cleaning the bowl behind the nozzle will require disassembly on my part, but it goes on so quickly it shouldn't be much of a hassle. The splash guard on mine also sits slightly ajar, and my sister's stays in place; but that may be due to the placement of the bidet on my toilet as described in #7. 6. Water force?: I've run the water on low and on high, and it doesn't hurt. That being said, it shoots about 5 feet if you miss :3 7. Wet bits?: I've found that the stream is not overly splashy. Everything stays more or less where you want it to. I need to purchase some of the bumpers to raise the seat a little though as everything leans forward a bit. My seat slides around from time to time, and with the little bit of height in the back, sometimes I need to wiggle around a bit to be sure everything is washed. 8. Refreshing?: Omg yes! I -love- feeling clean after using the bathroom. If you suffer from leftover pieces of toilet paper, this is sure to help out with that as well. The blast of cold water is sure to wake you up in the morning too. It takes a long time for the hot water to get to my bathroom so I usually don't wait for it, but it is very nice as well. For da ladies: I often feel like I need a shower every few hours when mother nature is in town. Having a bidet is sure to make things so much more pleasant next time around. 9. Economical?: My house goes through tons of TP every week (There's 6-9 of us at any given time). I personally use about 2-3 rolls a week depending on TP brand, how much water I've been drinking, and how often I have company over. In the last week, I've only used 1 roll. Hurray! Thank you, Luxe Bidet! You've made a believer out of me. tl;dr version: 5 stars. I like it.

Better than cheaper alternatives. Very satisfied.
My brother had Luxe Bidet Neo 120 installed at his home and my wife and I loved it so much, we decided to purchase one for our bathroom. We thought we should spend a bit more and get the Luxe Bidet Neo 320 for its hot water capability - and I will comment first on using bidet units in general, and then on the difference between this particular item and the cheaper, cold water-only version. On using bidet units in general: The difference of using a bidet unit as opposed to traditional toilet is night and day, in my opinion. Let me just say that after moving to a new apartment and living for few weeks without having our bidet unit installed there due to the unique bathroom setup, I missed it. A lot. I use my bidet unit and then some toilet paper afterwards, and the feeling of cleanliness this affords is incomparable to just using toilet paper alone. I suppose the drawback here is that once you're used to this unit, there is no going back, as the saying goes. I would recommend to everyone to use or at least try any bidet unit for awhile (it may be a little bit uncomfortable in the beginning, but you get used to it fast). On Luxe Bidet Neo 320: Now to the real details. The real difference between this unit and a more affordable unit are (a) adjustable water temperature; and (b) built-in feminine nozzle. I personally have used the Neo 120 which didn't have these two features and had only one cold water nozzle, and let me tell you right now that you should consider purchasing this over the 120 if at all possible. Before using this unit, I thought the Neo 120 was good, but the cold water always comes as bit of a shock and you need to get used to it. Having warm water is not only much more pleasant experience, but (maybe it's just in my mind) it also feels like it's more effective as well. This advantage is also more pronounced if you live in cold climate like I do. I should also add that my wife says she thinks that having adjustable temperature is really big deal for her as well. I can't comment on the usefulness of the feminine nozzle, but she said it works well, in general. She said she has to move herself a bit to help its aim, a problem I never had - its aim always seemed spot on to me. Installation: I personally had bit of a problem connecting the hot water supply, but it was entirely due to my unorthodox bathroom setup and therefore it shouldn't discourage you. Overall, provided that your hot water supply isn't too far away (the hot water hose is about 9 ft. long), the installation process is straight-forward and can be done within minutes. You will need an adjustable wrench and some plumbing tape (optional, but highly recommended). If the hot water supply is indeed farther than 9 feet, then you can either order a longer hose from Luxe, or go to your local hardware store and buy one. The second approach will be much cheaper. Keep in mind that the connectors, especially the plastic ones are not too sturdy, so make sure you don't apply too much force to your wrench and damage the connector, leading to water leakage/damage. Usage: The nozzle aims are spot-on, the temperature control is very accurate - it can adjust the water temperature as well as the force of water spray. At the lowest force, the water is still quite forceful but that makes sense since otherwise it just won't be able to clean effectively at all. This may be a novel sensation at first but you will quickly get used to it. I personally enjoy it. I also very much like the nozzle guard, which keeps the nozzles protected. Overall, very pleased with the unit. Cons: There aren't many that I can think of. One may be that if you like to use warm to hot water (like my wife does), then keep in mind that the water in the hot water hose will cool down to room temperature between uses and it will take few seconds to "warm-up" to your desired temperature (like my wife should) but how can anyone fault the unit for physics? As I said earlier, the connectors are not too sturdy but a proper application of force will see that they're adequate for the purpose. The hoses and the unit itself are of good quality. Someone else mentioned that the control felt flimsy, but I disagree. I find it quite well-made and sturdy. This is one of the better purchases I have made in my life, and I congratulate Luxe for making this unit at a highly reasonable price/feature ratio.

Wonderful, Despite my Bad Luck
Firstly, let me just say that this bidet is wonderful. I love it, and am so glad I got it. I will talk more about my opinions on it, but first I need to address the title. I first installed this at about 1 am on a weekend, after a long, fun day of socializing and watching sports. I read the instructions, fumbled with the weird bolts that my toilet has to hold the seat on, turned off the water to my toilet, and set about screwing everything in. The installation was not as quick as I've seen other reviews saying, but that's more due to me. I struggled with those bolts for a while, and triple checked the instructions at every step, because I didn't want to break anything. I didn't set up the hot water, since I can't access it, and instead I screwed on the provided cap to block it off. They provided wrenches, and the only other tool I needed was a flathead screwdriver to unscrew the toilet seat. Overall, the installation was pretty easy. When I finished screwing the last bolt back together, though, and pulled the lever to turn it on... nothing happened. Went to my sink to rinse my hands, and the water wouldn't come on. "Okay," I thought, "I don't know how, but I broke everything." Now, you may be thinking "Piper, that's crazy. You turned the knob to turn the water off for your toilet, as instructed, and then turned it back on again. There's no way that could have shut off the water to your entire home." Well, let's just say that I have a history of breaking things in ways that nobody can predict, and that nobody can figure out. I spent the rest of the night frantically going over everything that could have happened. I uninstalled the bidet, and set everything back to the way it had been in hopes that that would fix it. No dice. Come morning, I still had no water. Just as I sent an email to my landlord saying "I don't know how I possibly could have caused this, but I think I broke everything!", I got an unrelated email saying that the city had shut down the water for an emergency, and that the entire neighborhood was without water. "Well," I thought, "That probably wasn't me. If it was, though... I'd honestly be kind of proud of myself, at this point." Later, I would find out that the water main had broken just as I'd been installing the bidet. Which explains why the water wasn't working, and in hindsight makes more sense. Still, when you turn off the water to an appliance, mess around with it, turn it back on and all of the water to your home is shut off, Occam's Razor leans more towards "somehow I broke everything" than "the water main outside broke at exactly the same time I did this." So, I reinstalled the bidet while the water was turned off (not wanting to risk turning the water to the toilet off again), and when I finally got water back a few days later, it worked like a charm. Like I said, I didn't attach the hot water, so I don't have an opinion on the temperature control. The water pressure is good, definitely enough to get everything clean. It's soft enough when the lever is half up, but putting it at full blast would probably be enough to clean out my entire digestive system. The angle is good, I do have to move around a bit to get everything, but that's just how this works. The feminine nozzle is fine, it's softer, it hits the right spot - honestly, I wouldn't worry too much about the feminine nozzle. It's great for when I have stuff other than the usual down there - on a monthly basis, for instance, but for the most part I wouldn't consider it a game changer. Ultimately, though, I'm taking the time to write this because I can't imagine going back to not having this. I am anal (pun... begrudgingly accepted) about being clean down there, and using toilet paper to achieve that caused some problems and some discomfort. I hadn't thought a bidet would change things that much, just being a way to make it easier - as I once heard someone point out, when we need to wash our hands we get them wet first, we don't just use paper towels and hope. Man, I'm telling you, this is like discovering that cashmere exists when you've only worn sandpaper clothing your entire life. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Just, maybe, double check the integrity of the water main before installing it.

Best Investment I have made so far....
When I received my bidet on Aug 25th, I was very excited because I never experienced one before & not only was it going to be my 1st time, but I was going to feel even more proud for being able to install it without any assistance. It was very simple, as I had everything I needed with the exception of a drill to bore a hole through the side of my sink cabinet for the hot water line. That in itself was no big deal. I had someone that would be over shortly with what I needed, but in the meantime, I just wanted to hook it up to give it a little test run. It was a little tricky as I needed to be careful to screw everything on secure enough to avoid leaking. I managed to get it just right. I tried it & it was amazing. I'd say that I played with it a handful of times before my company arrived to drill the hole in my cabinet. It worked perfectly until I hooked it back up & the water pressure turned to complete crap.....dunt...dunt....duuuuuuuhhhhhhh This is what I learned. Due to no fault of the company, the product I received failed. I feel however that if you are a person with plumbing that you are not in the habit of turning on & off at the point of connection, then it would be a very good idea to let the water run through the lines prior to completing your connections to the bidet. Do not do this just one time either, but turn the water on then back off several times before connecting. I say this because I noticed there were small black flecks coming out of the bidet while I was running it until my 2nd attempt at connecting & the water nearly completely stopped. All it wanted to do afterwards was dribble out therefore making what was an awesome investment into your basic trash. Now I'm completely convinced that those little black flecks managed to accumulate in the unit preventing it from functioning properly & once that happened, there was no way to clear it out. Stick a fork in it, it's done.... : ' ( So yeah I felt like a very disappointed kid that just wanted to get on the fun ride & the moment it was my turn.......it broke. Needless to say after trying to play with the unit a few times to get it to work, in the end, it defeated me. I had no choice but to jump back on here to begin the return/replacement process. Out of my disappointment though, I will say that the return process was very quick, convenient, & extremely painless. I selected the option for UPS to come pick up my package. They slapped a sticker on the side of the box, then took it away the very next day.....yeah I didn't have my bidet an entire day. I received it Monday evening, Aug 25th & had to return it Tues, Aug 26th. That really sucked. Anyway, my story continues & does have a happy ending. I received my replacement bidet earlier than the estimated arrival date. I receive tracking notifications on my phone, so I was very happy to get the message that my bidet was handed over to my postal carrier & would be delivered today, Sat, Aug 30th & not Wed, Oct 3rd.....AWESOME!!!! Armed with my new knowledge, I did what I have now advised you to do & that was to connect the lines to the water supply then run the water through several times to clear them of the black flecks I noticed previously. Another thing that I did which I haven't already mentioned, was I shortened the hot water line to the desired length before connecting it to the sink adapter. You definitely want to do that because once you get that rubber hose on there, it's most likely not going to come back off. I tried it the 1st time.....it was on there for life. Once I took care of the water lines & managed to get my connections secure with no leaking, I turned on the bidet & it now works as it should. I went through a few of the reviews before and after my purchase. Honestly, I understand some of the gripes. Sure the unit is plastic, but since I live alone & I generally take care of my things, I don't foresee this breaking on me anytime soon. I'm gentle. Besides, if it did break, I would definitely purchase another without hesitation. We'll see what happens 6mos down the line though as one reviewer stated a true review comes after you've had the product long enough to see how it holds up over time. Another reviewer had a gripe about being shot with cold water & stated that although you have the hot water connection, you still end up shocked by the cold as in most households, you do have to wait for your water to heat up. I'm not sure which unit type this reviewer had as I'm suspicious that some of these reviews may even come from different models, but the one I have is the one with the nozzle cleaning feature. I figured out the smart way to go about getting your water at the right temperature prior to use & that was to simply run it in nozzle cleaning mode on the hot water setting 1st. It's not rocket science, but it's really no different from how you may let your water run in the tub for a few minutes to get the temp right before turning on the shower. Now if you don't already do this, then I'm happy to have schooled you on this new way of doing your daily routine....hopefully everyone here does bathe daily....I don't generally like to make assumptions. If you are seriously considering purchasing a bidet, I would recommend this one because of the easy install, easy controls, nozzle cleaning feature, & especially the additional hot water connection. I had to get this particular unit because the winters here get pretty frigid. Sure cold tap water in the winter is good for drinking, but not hitting you where the sun doesn't shine.....or well....isn't supposed to be shining. I don't judge. I gave this product 5 stars because it is exactly what I expected. I don't believe you can take away a star because the unit is plastic as you are well aware of that that prior to purchase. I didn't take any stars away due to the malfunction of the 1st unit either because it was easily & quickly replaced. All I can say is that it's pretty awesome now & 6mos from now, should I remember to do so, I'll leave another review on how this item is doing, good or bad. ***I have made a new discovery, so this extra bit here is being added after my review above was already submitted. This applies to ladies only considering we have a little more to manage in our private area. I noticed that no one else has mentioned the fact that although there are only 3 settings for this bidet, you can actually use 2 of each of the settings simultaneously. Did anyone else discover this as well? Anyway, I'm not sure, but like I said, since it appears no one else has mentioned this in their reviews, I'm taking the liberty to mention it now. There are 2 separate nozzles that will come down depending which setting you have the unit on, wash or women. The wash setting is for the nozzle on the left & it's for both men & women of course because we all have an anus.....I hope. Now for the good part, the women setting applies to the nozzle on the right & it's clearly for the vaginal area. My discovery is this....should you turn your selection dial between settings, it will allow for both nozzles to come down simultaneously so that both the anus & vaginal area can be cleaned at once. I don't know if anyone else finds this cool or useful, but I love it and so just had to share that tidbit. Thanks for reading!

Excellent
Best purchase for the house I have made. Easy to fit and works well. Maybe too well if you're not careful. Did have to contact them for the correct fittings which were sent quickly.

Parece bom, mas .............
O BidetNeo320 me parece um bom produto. Fora o tempo despendido.
