Does it work for induction cook tops

Poor quality, do not recommend.

Can these be used as regular cooking pots?

This pot can be used as a cooking pot but it's not a very heavy one. I use mine pretty often and I'm happy with it.

Yes! I use mine on an induction cook top and it works great. I love it

Is the bottom highly polished stainless steel and perfectly smooth; no markings on the bottom? Have to use on ceramic and has to be completely smooth. Thanks!

Yes it is very smooth but i must add that it is very lightweight and when re-heating some left over casserole it burned and was hard to clean.....i am going to donate this pan to a free dinner kitchen......:(
