Don’t chew silly!
Ok the instructions are in German but google translate sorts it. Some are complaining that they taste bad. Thats because you are not supposed to chew them. Take 1-2 with water (no more than 4 a day). Worked great and although not Andrew’s, they do the job fine.

Perfect substitute if you used Andrew’s salts!
Was looking for a substitute to Andrew’s salts as they were discounted. These are the closest I’ve managed to find, being in tablet form they don’t work just as well as I found Andrews did but they are a very close second and have been a saving grace in my house for an upset tummy.

Although the information is in German, it's easy to find English instructions on the Internet. These are effective and easy to take with a few sips of water. They don't taste great but I find the most effective medicines usually don't!

Seit Jahren ist das Bullrich Salz mein absolut treuester Begleiter in solchen Notlagen, der mich noch nie im Stich gelassen hat. Hier sind für mich die unschlagbaren Vorteile des Produkts: Sofort-Effekt: Es fackelt nicht lange. Nach der Einnahme wird die überschüssige Magensäure quasi sofort neutralisiert und der "Brand" im Hals ist ruckzuck gelöscht. Das Geniale Spender-Röhrchen: Bei dieser großen 180-Stück-Packung ist im Boden ein kleines, nützliches Röhrchen zum Mitnehmen integriert.
