**Q: Forgot my code. How to reset?**
A: There's a reset button on the bottom of the lock. Use a pen or tool to press down the reset button so it's no longer flush with the bottom surface of the lock. Set a new 3 digit combination aligned with the arrows on the lock. Use the pen or tool to move the reset button back into the original position so it's again flat with the bottom of the lock.

**Q: Can i have all four in one color**
A: You can order one with all the same color.

**Q: How thick is the shackle?**
A: The shackle is 1/8”

**Q: Has anyone used these for International travel to South America?**
A: No I haven’t, but I did use them for international travel to Europe. They worked great - no issues.

The combination was super easy to change and it's very easy to operate/open. It held up very well through the airport and flight for my luggage. I specifically got this one because I wanted to be able to see/know if TSA opened my luggage but that did not happen so I can't speak to that functionality.
