Light and crispy
I like them because they are similar to a wasa crisp and are PERFECT for Gluten Free like me!! I wish they came in flavors like cheddar cheese or Ranch YUM and even caramel!

Quinoa Crispbread- Great, But Too Expensive
The Quinoa Crispbread wafers are light, airy, and very tasty. This is my first time enjoying these. I just had them with boneless sardines. They are the perfect light wafer I've been looking for, but I think that $1.20 per ounce is too expensive. My experience is that anything with Quinoa is more expensive, but this is really too much for a 4.4 ounce package of crispbread. I do think they are very good, but will not be ordering them again. I will continue to search for a similar product at a more reasonable price. 5 stars on the product. 2 stars on the price.

Tastes like plastic cardboard
They are nice and crispy and that is the only good thing I have to say. I don’t think there’s anything I could put on top to make me like these. I use them as an occasional treat for my dogs who enjoy the crunch.

the perfect cracker and crispbread
I used to really like Orgran Crispbreads (Quinoa, Buckwheat, and Fiber varieties), but was always disappointed that they were not organic or non-gmo certified--just gluten-free. I had been eyeing these for a while, but they are so very expensive, in contrast, that I just could not justify it. I did finally try them when they were available for 4.99 as add-ons (still expensive, btw), and now I can't imagine a better crispbread or cracker. where the Orgran are stiffly crunchy and mealy, these Pain des Fleurs are lightly airy and lightly crispy, something like the way that cheese puffs are lightly airy and crispy--but flattened into the shape of a cracker. I can't think of anything else to compare them to. they have a delicate, slightly puffed texture to them and are just fantastic. perfect, I think, for anyone at all, from gummy tots to gummy grandmas, and every sensitive palate in between. organic, gluten-free, and non-gmo--you've got all your dietary concerns met in this one cracker. I like the Quinoa Crispbread with tuna, or with creamy goat cheese (from TJ's), smoked salmon, red onion slices and tiny capers, or with goat brie and honey...and I love the Chestnut Crispbread with chocolate hazelnut spread (the chestnut variety has a bit of a sweet taste to it, whereas the quinoa is completely neutral). I have not tried the other varieties of this crispbread yet. the only thing that would make these better would be a better price--specially in bulk. nothing would hold me back from keeping well-stocked in these if they were more reasonable. if you spot any of these as add-ons, bulk up. you won't be sorry.

Only cracker I can eat!
I have to avoid the following: gluten, corn, soy, barley, dairy, vinegar, artificial ingredients, food coloring and a few other things. These are the only crackers I can find that satisfy all of my food issues. I usually have these with some jelly or on their own. I never have a "crumble" issue or feel these are frail. I can spread the jelly from edge-to-edge and I'm not the most delicate of people. If someone says it cannot be broken, I will break it, never fails. For me to be able to eat these and not have them in a pile of quinoa dust says something. I love the flavor, texture and 4 crisps for 60 calories...cannot beat it in my book.

Awesome!
I tried this and was very skeptical, expecting tons of chemicals to be listed in the ingredients. Surprisingly, it tastes like quinoa and has I think 4 ingredients (all of which I can pronounce). This is the closest thing to gluten free crackers i can find on the market and there is no soy in the product. Plus, 4 of them are only 60 calories!! My only qualm is that only the quinoa is organic. I'd prefer the rice flour to be organic as well. All in all this is a great product.

Crunchy
I love having these with guacamole or just simply cheese! Gives it a nice crunch and doesn't crumble. Wish the packaging was more sealed, especially since it has a whole opening as a design.

Crumbly with no real flavor
The cracker just crumbled and made a huge mess while trying to eat it. And it has no flavor at all.
