Holy Grail eczema ointment
This product is the only thing that makes the eczema on my palm stop itching. It does not moisturize, but stops the itch and helps healing. I usually apply an eczema lotion for moisture, and this on top. It is greasy, but a must have item for me as otherwise I will scratch until I bleed.

Waxy like lip balm - Subtle scent - Effective on some areas of the body
Wrist:-I used this salve 3x a day for 5 days on my wrist and I saw no signs of improvement whatsoever. I didn’t see the point in continuing. Give me just one tiny sign and I would have. It looks like it worsened a little. Is this the type that gets worse before better? I switched over to hydrocortisone and I saw improvement within 1 day.Fingers:-Unlike the wrist, the salve improved my skin on my fingers within 2-3 days so I continued with the treatment. However, it’s 2 weeks now and they’re still not fully healed. It’s at a standstill.Ankle:-It actually improved within one day! Maybe this was a light case. It was itchy and dry. I rubbed it on and it felt and looked better on the first application.I experienced no negative side effects with the ointment. This doesn’t have any strong off-putting scent. It’s a herbally/grassy pine smell that’s very subtle and tolerable, thank goodness or else I wouldn’t use it. It’s a little greasy but mostly waxy I would say. The residue absorbs into the skin after a while (or maybe it was rubbed off). It’s solid in the jar like lip balm (non-drippy) but it spreads like melting butter! Initially, this felt promising due to the texture/consistency but unfortunately it isn’t working for me besides on my ankle. It might work for you depending on what you have and severity of the case.*By the way, it comes inside a manufacturer’s box without any outer or inner seal. This type of product you can obviously tell if it’s new or used though so don’t worry.

Good Alternative to Corticosteroid Creams
I occasionally deal with small patches of eczema and typically have used topical corticosteroid creams to treat the issue. But I was looking for a more natural solution that would work just as well. This Puremedy Eczema & Psoriasis Relief Ointment was appealing thanks to its natural and organic ingredients. From start to finish, the label includes high quality additions such as echinacea, elderberry, and marigold. And it has a base of organic extra virgin olive oil and beeswax. The container is quite small, but will last you a while. Your rub your finger in it like a lip balm and then apply to to the affected areas. There isn't really any odor. It absorbs in somewhat, but it is an oil-base so it will leave a light shine. It is soothing and moisturizing. Most importantly, it has been working well to reduce the itching and redness. For those looking for a more natural solution to treating eczema or psoriasis, definitely consider this product.

Works ok on the skin
My son and I have issues with persistent eczema and psoriasis issues. We've tried many things over the years, and were quite hopeful that this would work so we could transition to the natural remedies. The nice thing about this is that it doesn't burn, and it is quite natural concerning the ingredients. However, this didn't do much to really address the skin issues for us. We tried it on several different spots, some being more advanced/difficult than other areas. On these difficult spots, the ointment didn't do anything to clear it, just slightly helped with some itching. On the less severe or newer spots, this did better with the itching and clearing it more. However, it doesn't truly help keep this at bay. Overall, if you're one with mild eczema/psoriasis or rash like spots, this may help you more, especially if you catch it early on. For us, this just didn't help as we'd hoped it would.

Nature Based Relief
I wouldn’t say this is a miracle cure for eczema and psoriasis, but as someone who’s recently been having this issue – this is a pretty great relief solution. My main issues are with my fingers.Up until recently, I never had issues when I had manicures. But, obviously things change and I’ve started having issues. So, I am looking for solutions, and I’ve tried a LOT of products in the last six (6) months – as in 8-10 different ones. This little gem in a jar is perfect for me. And, I don’t need a lot of it either. I use a cotton swab and apply just enough. It calms the itch, moisturizes the rough skin, and it even takes care of the other yuckiness associated with scratching too much.As I don’t need very much, and let’s face it, this jar is SMALL – this is going to last quite a while so it’s a very good value. Nothing chemical, no bad additives, just good stuff from nature.Definitely going to be a must-have in my home.

Works on my eczema but combined with moisturizer too.
Honest review here.I found this cream worked to help alleviate the itch and found it worked best when I combined it with a moisturizer. The bottle is small but it lasts a long time. It's like a wax almost.... you need just a little bit on it and then I top with a moisturizer.I love that it is made in the USA and by a FDA registered facility. It helped me with both the eczema and psoriasis I had. I love the ingredients too: marigold, echinacea, elderberry, extra virgin olive oil, beeswax, pine, and Canadian fir balsam.I love that it has no chemicals, no parabens, no phthalate, no petroleum and non GMO. Not tested on animals either.I definitely recommend.
