I received this yesterday but there is no e-book. There seems to be a link on the back of the packaging but it is smudged and not readable. I'd like to get a link to this

I bought this statue after a recommendation from a friend (who had great success!). After 2 days, it arrived at my door and I was greatly pleased with the product - great detail, suitable size (after all, trying to fit a large statue in the ground when you are trying to pretty up your house for selling is not ideal!), and it comes with a great e-book with background information.Like most of the buyers here, I have been struggling to sell my house despite trying tips and tricks, decorating and updating, open houses, advertising, to no avail! This statue has good detail for a plastic statue. We buried it in our front yard to help sell our house. It was really weird because after following the instructions and placing the statue upside down facing the house in the front yard, we had a call from our real estate agent. Literally, within one hour of putting the tools away and cleaning our hands the phone rang. WHOO coincidence?? I don't know but it happened. The buyer the real estate agent called us with put in an offer and the house sold. Would recommend.

St. Joe didn't work for my purposes as my house is still on the market. His powers might have been diminished as my cat has peed on him:)Update: St. Joseph came to me in a dream and told me to lower my house price and lo and behold the house sold!

Sold my son's house the day I was on my way to his house to bury it in his front yard as it states.... As a former RE agent I used them on tough to sell houses. OK thought this was one big joke but we hadn't sold our house and we really needed to so figured I would humor my best friend. This statue is tiny. Have to say it got the job done, though. Bought it for my son who really needed to sell a home he still owned out of state from his current residence. Shortly after he buried the tiny statue he got an offer and it finally sold.
