This product is designed to limit senescence of age related immune function. I have used it for close to ten years I would guess, and find it a valuable addition to a healthy diet. The formula was updated recently to contain puh-erh tea, which encourages production of lymphocytes in the bone marrow.

I am pleased with this seller as the item cost was very fair, and there was no confusion about the order which arrived in good condition, and within a reasonable time. And the product itself is excellent, as I continue to give it a 5 STAR rating. Several years ago, I discovered this formulation of ingredients, Cistanshe, Reishi, and Pu-erh tea, has been used in China for generations for the ailments of aging. It spiked my interest, so I reviewed the literature, and was highly impressed by what I learned. This specific formula has an extremely long history, "I'm talking a thousand + years" of reported efficacy and safety. So nothing could stop me from trying it. I initially read it could cause stomach distress, and it did just that to me. But I also knew our bodies can adapt to many new foods, and I really desired the multiple benefits I had read about. So I backed-off on the dosage, made sure to take it with food, and gradually worked-up to the recommended amount. I have taken it daily ever since then, and have no plans to stop! Life Extension has always been on the forefront of nutritional supplements that will help with living a long and healthy life. Their products, when tested for ingredients and potency, have always shown to be of high quality. This particular product leverages some ingredients that have proven to help the immune system when tested by scientists. The current scientific belief regarding aging is that is the gradual breakdown of various systems in the body, the immune system being an integral part. I use this product as part of a nutritional regime to stay and keep healthy. I can't say that I have felt anything in particular from using this product other than having the knowledge that I have helped to keep my immune system functioning at a high level as possible given my older age. In times where diseases like covid take out folks with weakened immune systems, this is a good product boost your immune system so you can survive if you catch it. I would also advise taking ample amounts of Vitamin D as well to support one's immune system. Daily exercise is also an immune booster and that doesn't cost anything. A little sun exposure is also good. I marked it down a star just because it's not affordable like Vitamin D although that is certainly not the fault of the manufacturer.

Not a joke. When I take two of these every day plus zyrtec or allegra for a week or so my dry eye, which frequently makes it hard -- and unsafe -- to drive because I blink so much, the issue is 90% alleviated. Just noticed the effect accidentally. Nothing else that I have tried works.
