Perfect for dead and dormant lawns, pesky pet urine spots, fertilization burn, frost damage, incest and rodent damage, drought conditions. Incest??

I agree fix your spelling error... “insects” is the word you need. Incest is an intirely a different thing, however if there were a spray to prevent incest it would sell well I think! Yikes 😬

how much square footage does a mixture of 12-1 cover if I want it medium green? 8 ozs will cover how many square feet . Approx? Thanks!

According to the Lawnlift website, 8oz. Green Concentrate Covers 150 to 250 sq ft -- so figure approx 200 sq ft.

Does it mix with water

Yes, it mixes quite easily with water. I can't remember the ratio, but it seems like about 5 to 1. It has been over a year since I used it last. It has easy to read directions on the bottle, so just mix as directed.

Can I use this on a newly seeded lawn as I wait for the seeds to germinate and grass to fill in?

Thanks for your answers! Not sure if I'll purchase this, but I'm not looking forward to several weeks of brown spots either, as my flower garden remains in full bloom, and the idea of an unsightly lawn detracting from this, bothers me. Perhaps I'll use green mulch, such as comes with some grass seed mixtures. I used that once and it was tolerable.
