Can this holster hold the Psa dagger compact with a threaded barrel ??

No idea if it will work with that firearm. It's for a glock19 Gen 5 and all other glock models that usually are able to use the same holster. I would recommend searching specifically for holsters for that firearm. I've seen multiple gun brands and models fit the same holsters but there's no point in spending money on something that you don't know for sure will work.

Will this fit the Glock 32SF?

Yes. The 32 .357 Sig has the same configuration as the G19 9mm. The SF (short frame) makes no difference...

Will this work for my g48

Is this holster open and conceal carry?

it is a clip on holster, so it will not fit the body snugly. it rides out and away from the waist and is not conducive to sitting in a vehicle or chair and will tilt away from you as well when standing still or walking. A good quality leather holster will fit the gun better and also hold it in a better place more consistently.
