Great product, outstanding customer service
I needed a right hand flush which limited my options. When I found this one I thought that it was a little pricey but based on the reviews I decided to go for it. A very good decision on my part. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and ease of installation, which justified any additional cost. Installation instructions were easy to read and follow with no ambiguities. As good as the product was, it was exceeded by the exceptional customer service. During installation I discovered that the tank was shattered. I dreaded calling customer service, but to my utter surprise my call was answered by a very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional representative. After checking to determine if a replacement tank was available (no questions asked), the representative verified my shipping information and informed me that I should have the replacement within one to two weeks. Within a week the replacement tank was delivered.What could have turned into a turned into a pleasant example of exceptional customer service. I couldn't be more pleased, and I highly recommend this seller.Just to be clear, this review was not solicited by the seller, nor have I been offered any type of "bribe". Everything has been handled professionally and "above board".

Presently flushing well
We bought 2 to replace old toilets. So far everything is working properly. Tge reason for less stars. They have a lot of plastic in both the bowl and tank and toilet seat. Hopefully they will last. Didn't realize they would be mostly plastic material. They are sturdy so far.

Gives me more room in a small area
This toilet is high which is perfect and has a narrow profile that fits in my bathroom so well so I have more floor small. Dual flush is brisk. You need to purchase your own seat. I’m purchasing 2 more for my other home

Great product which will be used for years to come.
Great product made with noticeable quality and workmanship and was a breeze to install and was a much needed improvement from the 39 plus year old American Standard it replaced which was still working but wanted the added height it offered. I am 6’6” tall and the added height is wonderful. Will give the old toilet to someone who needs it. American standard seems to last and work forever. Thanks

Toilet is attractive (for a toilet)
Toilet seemed fine box in good shape nothing broken, however, piece missing to the flush mechanism so we are awaiting the part from American Standard. They were very efficient in resolving the issue wish it could have been sent expedited!
