Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes Musical Toy, Ages 3 months +

I have seven grandkids and I have bought every one of them the same toy and all of them love it. It is affordable, good quality and so cute. This thing has been tossed across the floor, thrown in the closet, thrown down on the concrete and it still holds up. This toy is gonna be a classic. Great gift for any child in the recommended age range.

Hello Friends, there are plenty of reviews on this toy, but mine includes that of the older version (2006) and the Newer Version which is currently being sold. They've tweaked the appearance a bit, but it's still very much the same as the one I bought for my then infant son in 2006. Today, my son is 6 years old, but I have a 2 year old daughter. This toy has had some longevity. My son loved it and carried it everywhere with him. We especially liked having the toy in the car with us because the volume level of the music is just right even when set to it's loudest, which also is good for the baby and toddler, too. A toy that is too loud can be a distraction anywhere, and not good for any babies developing hearing. Anyway, the music is a plus. It's lovely, sweet, and enjoyable even on a grown ups ears. My daughter has been toting the same one from 2006 around in the car, and often in the house while she is playing with other toys. It's got a lot of cheerful colors in it's design and from what I've experienced, both are very inviting to a boy and a girl. I recently purchased the newer version (based on my personal experience with it) as a gift for my girlfriend's 4 month old son along with about 5 other toys/educational products for infants. I can honestly say that when I received a thank you phone call from her, the first item she mentioned was this musical toy. She said her son lights up while playing with it, stays engaged with it for a while, and that it really entertains him. I have to smile and giggle at that because it brought back all the years of enjoyment that two of my children have had with it. I really enjoy writing reviews on items that can really use the attention because they have been exceptional in an ocean of not so great toys that are on the market today. I'm not a huge fan of flooding my children's lives with senseless electronic and noisy play things, but I am truly amazed at how well developed this toy is. I'd say if you're going to buy an electronic toy for your baby, start with this one because it will stand the test of time, and it will be a toy that you won't think about taking a hammer to while your child plays with it over and over again. I really recommend this musical toy for gifting as well as for your child. It's definitely one that has the potential to get great usage as your child grows.

Very cute and plays tons of songs! Our baby loves this toy. It makes a great teether and the crinkle paper wing is a big hit too. Love that it has two volume options and is a great size for tiny hands and to slip in the diaper bag on the go.

This is a delight. My grandbaby loves it. It is sweet and cute and captivating with the light that blinks to the music. And the music is classical music...quite lovely for an electronic toy. It does do a short chirping on button pushes between songs, but don't buy it for chirping. This really is a wonderful toy. The highly recommend it.

Both granddaughters loved this toy! It’s really cute! The primary colors are perfect for the younger ones and they are amazed when they are able to change the songs. The sound is also not loud and obnoxious which I know is important for mom and dad lol Buy it!

Keeps my daughter entertained, but it's too bad the song doesn't last very long

This is an awesome toy for little ones. The lights and music are great fun. Keep in mind the size, which is great for them to travel with or carry around on their own. Great value for the cost!

The media could not be loaded. This toy is great I love that it only has one flashing light instead of those other toys that have million flashing lights like it’s a rave. I wanted something that would entertain my baby but wouldn’t be overwhelming with crazy lights and this is perfect. It has a teething and crinkle toy attached and has low and high volume. The video is playing on the low setting. Definitely glad I got this.
