My son told me about this. I empty 1/2 capsule in my coffee along with 1/2 capsule Alpha GPC each morning. My cognition, focus and energy are through the roof! I take the other half capsule later in the morning. I’m 58 and feel like my brain has emerged from a persistent fog! Amazing.

Yeah, this works,I have to have it to keep the memory working good.I have used it for yrs and it works great.Pills are large but the go down easy, the price is not to bad either.

I had first heard of this to help brain function after getting the Big C. Then I also heard the benefits for your liver, which my enzymes have been on the high side so of course I wanted to try. Well, just got my blood tests back after taking this a month and can confirm this helps out the liver! My liver enzymes aren't perfect yet but they're a lot better. Yay! Cognitively I can't tell if it's helping. There's unfortunately a lot that life has done to my brain besides the Big C so maybe I need to give it some more time. Or maybe I'm too far gone for just one supplement to help, haha. Still, just from the liver benefits alone I'll continue to take this! And yes, these pills are huge. But I'm used to them by now. They do go down easy enough!

I like to wait before giving reviews so that I have time to see if things work or not and give a fair opinion. I've been taking these daily for nearly 3 months and I'm already noticing significant results in my memory. I'm in my early 50's and very active but I was noticing for the past few years that I wasn't remembering things I should; can't think of words I want to use, things like movie titles, forgot to get things at the store that I actually went there for, etc. and would lose track of where I was in in a conversation if I got off onto a different trail of thought to describe other details which gets pretty embarrassing. It doesn't help that both of my parents and a grandparent had forms of dementia or altzheimers, so I know there's a higher risk involved. I was taking another supplement for years that I finally came to realize wasn't doing anything, so did some homework and found this one that I wanted to try. I took 2 pills the first few days then dropped down to 1 per day - within a month I was noticing that words were coming to mind more quickly and easier, I was remembering items on my lists and most importantly, I actually remembered my original train of thought and went right back to where I left off in a conversation. I was so amazed that I actually made a big deal about it to my friend on the phone just the other day :D :) I also appreciate the price point. They're affordable to take and that's very important to me in my financial situation. I plan to continue buying this brand, I can't be happier with the changes I'm noticing at this point.

They works. It helps with digestion, I believe they increase bile flow. No regrets.

I would have loved to use this -It is a very good product- however my sense of smell is too strong. Thus I could not take it. I had to return it.
