Lions Mane has been documented to help with focus and concentration and it’s definitely helped me with mine. I order mine every month before I start running out because I don’t want to lose the concentration that I have gained from using them. There’s no upset stomach or side effects from them and I’ve used them on an empty stomach before. There’s no taste at all either. This Organic Lions Mane Mushroom Capsule is very good. As someone who has ADD, this gave me a definite push in the right direction. After taking it for a few weeks, I noticed a difference. I was finishing projects and being much more proactive. It really helped with my mental clarity. I did not have any digestive issues. The dose was perfect and so easy to take. It did not help with sleep quality or pain relief, but I wasn't taking it for that.

I know I’m sensitive to some things, so I would take approx 1/2 a capsule. Started every other day, then every day. After around 2 months, I started having constant stomach pain and went to the doctor and we scheduled a colonoscopy and an upper scope. Come to find out it was the accumulative effects of this supplement on me and because it did not appear right away I didn’t suspect it, but no more lions mane and no more pain.
