My new Favorite
I've used Zatarain's for decades and wanted to try the newest they offered. Usually the difference in something that claims "Extra" is meh....Well that isn't the case with this product. Just opening the jar you smell the difference. I have bought a second jar to have on hand. I pray they keep making this version.

Of course when you boil you have to use Zatarains. It’s a must have when boiling seafood. Shipped on time and made my crawfish and crabs the hit of the party.

Spicier than expected
I do an annual seafood boil and usually use Old Bay. Tried this out last year and it was awesome. Fortunately, I tasted it before I added the recommended amount. It was spicy enough with half of what I was going to use (granted, I use a lot of other stuff in my broth). I assume if this is all you use, the recommended amount would be perfect.

Spicy but good. Used it for a low country boil twice now. Great flavor. Used it for jambalaya also which is pretty good
