I expected more
An ok section on warming up - could have offered more.An ok section on balance - could have offered more.An ok section on stress reduction - the bit on meditation not bad, the pointers to other activities ok.10 very basic exercises using arnis sticks - could have offered a great deal more.Overall this is a brief introduction - NOT a full fledged "exercise program" as the title leads you to hope for.

Pass on this one. Good idea but….
Do not buy this book. Nothing of value in it for me or my students. Exercises are hand to hand combat stuff. Poor quality pictures, fuzzy, blurry and distorted.

Enjoyed the book. Very informative! Such a positive look at aging. I highly recommend it. I think it's a right approach for Senior activity and living.

Good for some seniors, but some can't joust around-balance is an issue. I will use this for my more advanced class tho".
