As a result, I now only use this liquid form as it's easier to take (tasteless), and is more easily absorbed into the body.I take this to diminish my gray hair and it works great! I barely have ANY gray hairs and I was born in the 60's. Even my hairdresser notices, as she's younger than me, and she has way more gray hair than I do.I originally got the 8oz bottle to try it out. Now that I like it, I get the 32oz bottle and just refill my smaller, 8oz bottle and leave it on my counter (so I remember to take it every day).
