You can try to put on nails with a top coat polish. The eyeshadow is awesome **Q: Could this be used to color resin?** A: I don't think so. It is condensed and almost feels a bit moist, or creamy. I think it would get clumpy. **Q: Is the glitter all the way through or is it just the top layer?** A: All the way through.
