The Monarch Water Midi HE Water Softener is a WRAS-approved High Efficiency water softener suitable for 1 - 6 people.

Review: Works well - Been installed for a month now and all works as it should,bought to replace a failed unit, so straight swap really, seems to use less salt than the previous model I had , could do with some sort of countdown timer for the next Regen Overall pleased with everything
Review: Works well, but don't buy the special hoses! - Easy enough to install. I didn't use their supplied diverter valve as I already had plumbing from a previous old softener which died. However I made the mistake of believing the instructions when it said buy the max flow hoses for combi boilers. These hoses are about £40 (not available on desertcart), but are so short and inflexible that I couldn't use them. I installed with the standard supplied hoses and it is absolutely fine, with little discernible pressure difference from the bypassed softener. Nice to have soft water again

A: 555mm Height x 270mm Width x 485mm Depth (The depth includes allowance for standard hoses). If using Maxflow hoses, allow an extra 18mm depth.

**Q: hi, I have an electric boiler. Is the product suitable?**
A: Yes it is. By having a softener you'll prolong the life of the boiler and any other appliances that use water such as dishwasher and washing machine. Your skin feels so much better too. No more dried limescale on your shower screen either.
