**Q: do you use steam with this**
A: I have. but if your quilting I do not use steam.

**Q: What is in mary ellen's best press.  somebody told me it may contain formaldehyde?**
A: It is NOT listed on the container and I have never noticed any of the adverse reactions etc. that can occur if there is formaldehyde in it. Been using it for years. Love it!

**Q: can this be added to steam iron?**
A: No, it should not be put into any steam iron tank.  Only pure water goes in those.  You need to spray it onto fabric you will iron.  I think it is the best spray starch I have ever used and I iron every day as I sew a lot.
