Do you dilute in spray bottle with water ?

No, I used my straight from the bottle, and I really liked the results I got, no wrinkles and it was not stiff like I used a lot of regular spray starch. This will not clog your iron or leave any flakes behind.

why did one person get stains?

staining occurs when too much product is applied in one coat. Use very light coats. I never use more than two.

I did not get a spray nozzle with my order? Does it not come with one? The picture shows one?

I didn't get one with it, I contacted customer service and they said I could return it. It should have come with the spray nozzle as it is pictured.

The 16 oz has a sprayer!! I buy this by the gal! But I had bought the 16 oz, so I just keep filling the 16 oz bottle!!
