No Warranty and No Support
I purchased this Paragon WMF shower head, and the plastic screw mount broke. I thought I'd call Paragon to get the part replaced, but after leaving 2 voicemails and writing 2 emails, I still haven't heard back in over a month. Other plumbing companies like Kohler are very responsive and eager to help. This will be the last time I purchase a Paragon product.

You won't be disappointed
I've had a filter shower head for years and it's leaked pretty much the entire time I've owned it. So I finally broke down and ordered this one hoping a new and different brand would be better. It. Is. AMAZING! No leaking, great pressure, plenty of water flow. I can't believe I waited this long to replace my other one. Installation is a snap because this one comes with the filter already in it and plumber's tape. Took about 2 minutes to switch out the heads. Highly recommend.

Great Filtered Shower Head
This is the second Paragon filtered showerhead I have purchased in the last 5 years, and I love it. Before I had this shower head, the water in my shower had a strong chlorine smell and would dry my skin. Now that I have the Paragon filtered shower head, that smell is gone and the water is much more gentle on my skin.

Probable Fake as Far as Cleaning the Water
This looks like exactly like the Culligan model right down to the filter being exactly alike. Probably private label for Culligan. If you look at the worst ratings for that filter you'll see that people tested it and found it didn't remove any solids. I got suspicious when I got the idea of boiling this "filtered" water to humidify my air without chlorine that would otherwise come from my furnace system. I noticed a salt like scum on the pan after just one pot boiled.

that a new shower head could make such a difference. Totally worth the money, stronger stream than I had before, and more even. The different settings are a little stiff to go between, but I usually just use one setting.
