Great guitar for the price, body design could be improved
First let me say that I love this guitar and I do not regret my purchase. It sounds great, and I love the ability to plug music into the guitar and regulate my sound over it through headphones. As I travel to hotels with thin walls, I get to practice and jam without being a bad neighbor. A couple cons: 1)the nuts holding the cross pieces in place stripped out terribly the first time I went to tighten them in place. I epoxied them back in and they've stayed put. I may suggest doing that at the start to keep the nuts in place. 2)on that note, the cross pieces that make up the body don't stay in place terribly well. I've found putting a small strip of rubber between the wood to help give it that friction to stay in place. But if you're putting any amount of force on the guitar, they tend to rotate as is. The setup is solid otherwise, and with these tweaks, I've really liked having it. I may want to make some new body cross pieces to get some more surface area to work off of, but this is great for practice and light playing.

Awesome little guitar & quick responsive customer support!
I ultimately gave this guitar a 5 star review because after all was said and done, it is a great little guitar. It sounds bright with or without amplification, has nice action, and sits comfortably to play for hours. After playing this guitar everyday since I opened the box, I have since discovered the thought that went into the design of this guitar. At first I was agreeing with a reviewer who placed duct tape on the back of the adjusting arms to keep them in place. I have since realized though, if you just rest on the guitar / arms and play, the guitar / arms find their own sweet spot based on your movements in how you play. The guitar will be most comfortable if you just rest on it fully as you would a normal guitar and let it move with you as you play. If you look closely at the adjusting arm hardware, you will notice linear ball bearings that allow the arms to move smoothly but also lock in place when you fully rest on the arms. The placement of the pickup control knobs, cable connections, and battery are in a comfortable spot. The headphones are actually pretty good though I wish the cable was a bit longer as I keep yanking them out of my ears. I am planning on getting a bluetooth transceiver module to get rid of the cord when using headphones with guitar. The guitar folds into a nice neat package and the case that comes with it is padded, compact and seems to protect the guitar well from bumps and scuffs. Though I have not given it a try traveling through airports. All in all, an awesome well built, quality feeling, guitar that is comfortable to play and easily carry around with you. I bought mine specifically to travel with as I am on the road quite a bit. Now the cons......... To make this a fair review I have to list the cons. The only bad thing I have to say about the guitar are the quality it had upon unpacking the guitar. However, before I go on, Tim who helped me with the customer support promptly made everything right and the guitar is now perfect! The larger adjustment / resting arm came with a crack at the skinny end of the slot that rests on your leg. One of the tuning pegs was missing the end cap from the back of the tuner exposing the gear. Not minding doing a little work on my instruments, I contacted the seller through Amazon asking for a replacement arm, tuning peg, and E string so I can repair the guitar myself. Tim quickly responded offering to send me a new pack of strings, a new adjustment arm, and a good faith credit for the tuning peg which paid for a new set which I have already installed on the guitar. Thank you Tim, I love the guitar and can't put it down. If you are looking for an awesome little travel guitar that is silent or can be amplified, then I recommend this one.

Absolute Gatbage
An absolute piece of junk. I received this ‘guitar’ as a gift, and—gimmicky as it was—I was excited to see what it could do. Totally disappointed in the entire experience, ESPECIALLY when I came online later to do some research and saw the price... If you have ever held a guitar worth more than a Cracker Jack box, you will absolutely hate this thing. The tuners are plastic garbage that won’t stay tight or keep the stings in tune, the fretboard is junk wood that doesn’t deserve to be on a toy ukulele, and the overall construction leaves A LOT to be desired. One of the main bolts stripped itself loose after just an hour or so. I’d send it back if I’d bought it myself, but as it stands I get to lie about how “cool” it is every time I see my dad for the next few months (until he forgets about it). For $400, you can do WAYYY better; don’t even think about buying this.

Excellent product and efficient aftersales service!
Got this for my hub and he loved it! The quality is really good, and when we had questions, the team was quick to respond and happy to assist us. One of the best buys I’ve made on Amazon.

Very Nice Practice Guitar, Customer Service Lacking
I have the Cross 1.0 version, non-electric. This travel guitar is very well made. Fit and finish are nicely done as well. This one is set up well, no major adjustments required. It does what it is advertised for. Able to practice without disturbing others. My issue is with the Customer Service. I am in need of replacing the travel/gig bag as the current on has a broken zipper and is tearing at the zipper as well. I have sent 5 messages to the manufacturer and US Sales contact listed on the Amazon listing with no reply. This does not give me any confidence should I need replacement parts for this item. Hope they get more serious in responding to their customers.
