The right balance of quality and value
I read a lot of reviews before buying this pan. It seems overlooked in online articles. For me it has the right balance of construction (3 layer is best), shape (right depth and curve), quality (heats quickly, cleans easily) and price.

Pensé que sería parecida a una sartén que tengo Demeyere. La distribución de temperatura es buena, pero difícil controlar la intensidad, incluso con fuego bajo. No es tan fácil de limpiar como la Demeyere y por fuera tomó un color amarillento. Se siente robusta así que me imagino que durará mucho, pero recién la compré, no puedo asegurarlo.
