it says hemp but is not hemp but instead MicroFiber?

By definition, "Microfiber (or microfibre) is synthetic fiber finer than one denier or decitex/thread, having a diameter of less than ten micrometres." Not sure why this is listed as a hemp towel which wasted my time.
