Aquathol Super K Granular 20 lb Lake and Pond Herbicide (20 lb)

I purchased this product last year to treat my pond. It was easy to apply and it worked well. I think I waited too long to treat it as I had an over abundance of weeds by the time I treated it but I was happy with the result. I am purchasing the same product again this year to treat more of my pond and I believe it would be smart to treat it yearly to keep some kind of weed control. (My opinion)

I have been disappointed in this herbicide as I expected a quick kill of hydrilla. Just the opposite. It looks like the hydrilla prospered! I am very surprised. 20# of this stuff placed in the water and in 3 weeks,I cannot tell any difference.

I used this product to treat curly leaf pond weeds. It did an excellent job! We have a 2 acre pond with weeds around the perimeter. I bought 2 - 20# buckets and treated 1/2 the pond, waited 2 weeks, then treated the other half.

i bought 20 lbs. And expected it to be delivered in a bucket same as my last purchase from another vendor. And as it appears in the picture in the ad on Amazon! The product was delivered in a foil bag with a zip lock. The product will last me 3 or more years and it's important that it's in a sealed container. Hard to believe the single zipper zip lock bag will last. Buyer be aware!!

This product was added to our community lake by the subdivision trustees. The packaging and website says it is safe once added to water. This product didn't completely dissolve in our community lake and our dog ingested the crystals while swimming, nearly dyeing over a week long struggle trying to determine what had happened. THe picture is of one of many external burns, falsely appearing to be a virus showing signs of acute dermatitis common in water fowl retrievers. His digestive system was also burned and we nearly lost him.Inform users and agitate the water to insure properly dissolved entirely before use by humans and pets!

The product came in a plastic bag, not in a sturdy bucket like the picture shows. I saw that happened to another reviewer, but hoped his was the exception. If they are going to ship all Aquathol this way, then change the picture! This is false advertising!
