It helps internally with microbiome balance as well as heart ❤️. It’s a great price for the amount and in a glass jar to keep it preserved . I even eat it by the spoon and tastes very nice . The only thing I haven’t used this product for is cooking, but as I have been using it for my body, I would preferably get another one for just cooking LOL or at least separate it before😂 however, for my skin hair and teeth (as I do oil, pulling ) this product has no bad review from me. Although a cheaper brand offers a little more in their container, this size one has lasted a good while, especially as I use it as a moisturiser, I mix it with my body lotion too . Smell is fine and texture all i can say is great when it gets to room temp and does the job for oil pulling easy, its not hard to break up when its cold either!

I never cooked on the coconut oil before and thought it would smell or the taste would be not pleasant but it’s Amazing!!!! It doesn’t have a smell and the food softer I made pancakes in the morning with this oil it was sooo delicious! I’ll buy this product again once I finish the jar, thank you
