Kikkerland Porcelain Morphing Mug, Woodlands , 8 ounce

Cute little mug, I ordered this one as a replacement for my last one that died after a trip through the dishwasher. This one holds a spot in my heart within my collection of mugs, mainly because of how much I love the simplicity and execution of the design. It's very reminiscent of the Legend of Zelda heart, though I suppose it could apply to any pixel heart design in gaming. Good mug, works like you'd expect it to. The color-change dye is rather responsive and resilient, so long as you keep it out of the dishwasher! Very important that doesn't happen, otherwise the dye gets overwhelmed and loses its color-change capability. Still, I won't fault this mug for that flaw since it was entirely my fault lol. Great gift, and great for coffee/tea/cocoa/whatever else. I sometimes like to use mugs for holding milk while I eat cookies. Good stuff.

Do not accidentally run in the Dishwasher - it will mess this up so badly. Beyond that, I love getting coffee in my Keurig because it slowly fills the coffee mug with hot water and I get to watch it change. The cute little animals just make me happy. The coffee mug isn't too hot to the touch and functions great. Love it. Best present for a coffee lover

I really enjoyed this product, packaging is good, and its very nice. I found the heart could have been slightly bigger, but what you see in the image is what you get. As long as you follow the instructions of not dishwashing it so the sticker dies and tears/melts, and you hand wash its a great product. My beef (which is obvious after use) is that the sticker doesn't fill up like a heart, but more so that the black just fades into red after you fill the cup. It really only works best after the newly brewed beverage has been poured into it immediately. It made a nice gift for my wife, and she loves Legend of Zelda things, so she thought Zelda or Minecraft hearts after she got it. (She mainly thought Minecraft since we use to play it a lot before.)

I got this mug as a gift for my boyfriend. The red shown is definitely not as bright as in real life. It's a darker red, which I actually prefer more. It is a fun gift, but don't really expect much. It takes very hot water to get the color to change and it cools down and goes away very fast. So unless you drink your coffee pipping hot and finish it within 10 minutes be aware your heart will die. I angrily put it in the dishwasher once and the heart is already ruined. It's peeling off and it barely changes color anymore. So make sure you never wash this.

I've had this mug for close to 5 months now and it does exactly as it says! Here's a tip: HAND WASH ONLY. Yes, the box and the Amazon page warns you to do only that, but take the 30 seconds to drop a little dish soap into the mug and hand wash it; you will not be disappointed. My image hasn't faded or "peeled off", or even chipped off in the least. If you take care of it, then it WILL last. :)

I bought this item to satisfy my need to buy everything nerdy and Zelda related. And I love coffee so I thought it would be perfect. Excited to use it, I poured the coffee into the mug and then I noticed a ring of coffee at the bottom. I looked and noticed a crack running all the way across the bottom as well as 3/4 up the side. It turned from black to red as the coffee heated up the mug as it's supposed to. But the mug is not useable due to the cracks all over it. Extremely disappointed and not worth the long wait to get it. Don't waste your money on this poorly made, cheap item.

You can trust the seller. The product is nice and lovely and the shipping was fast.

I was looking for a present for my boyfriend, who is an avid tea drinker, for Valentine's Day. However, I was skeptical. I couldn't believe that the mug would actually turn colors. When the mug arrived, I immediately tested it out. It changed right before my eyes and I was so pleased! I almost wanted to keep it for myself. (I just might buy myself one too). He's also a gamer, so the pixelated heart is a nice fit. It's a little pricey, but well worth it! This mug is an adorable way to show your love for someone (or yourself!).

Made In China.

We tested it and it does work with the microwave (it also didn't seem to damage it) But we're now a tad scared to use it too much, since the box says not to put it in it. It's a lovely mug though.

Anche se avevo dei dubbi. E perfetto funzionante
