Let's in plenty of light but gives me privacy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Received grey curtains instead of the color brown requested *by R***D on Reviewed in the United States on January 10, 2022* Received grey curtains instead of the color brown requested as described in the product description,Window Sheer Curtains Brown for Bedroom 63 inch Rod Pocket Voile Drapes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazon goes beyond expectation of satisfying customer. *by E***I on Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2021* I've written a review previously on the 63 inch length of this curtain, same color, and, expressed pleasure with the item. . In a subsequent telephone call to Amazon, I expressed my displeasure that with the two pr. of 84 inch curtains, same color, one pr. was shorter than the other. I explained I had already hung the curtains, and that I was not going to take them down to return the shorter pair as it was too difficult to climb up and down the step ladder. The agent put me on hold, spoke with his supervisor, and, said Amazon would be giving me a $15.00 credit towards any item I purchased from Amazon (not an outside manufacturer). At that time, I place another order for items I had in my cart. I have been a customer of Amazon for a number of years, and, regardless of our COVID-19 pandemic, they still go over and beyond our expectations. The agents are always polite, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you Amazon.
