This is part of the letter I wrote the company,because I have had 3 knee surgeries I have been wearing some kind of knee support on both knees for close to 20 yrs. Usually, I have to “ wear” them in to get them to fit and be comfortable but with yours, I took them out of the box and wore them for about 6 hrs before bedtime. I measured for the less atrophied leg, and both legs feel comfortable. I wear them from am to pm and they seem to be perfect.Ps I don’t write reviews, hardly ever, but I liked them so much I ordered another set to have when I wash the first set.I hope I continue to be pleased, but so far I am delighted with your product. Simply amazing if you spend a lot of time hiking and have torn those knee muscles (ACL? MCL? Ask someone with insurance) and all other sorts of knee issues. I’m able to walk miles all over my hilly city without my kneecaps popping out. Awesome investment.Tip: If you have big thighs and are in between sizes and size down, knee socks fix that lil muffin top right up. No one ever knows I’m wearing them.

Looking for a knee sleeve??? The number of knee sleeves to choose from on Amazon will look like a school of guppies. The brands seem endless, all boasting and touting their attributes. They all claim to perform miracles. It took me 5 tries to find the best of the bunch. Out of all the ones I tried out, none of them offered very much compression and support. I have an arthritic knee that holds me back from many daily activities such as exercising on a treadmill. When I dressed my knees with the "Sparthos" brand (yes, you get a pair), I could feel an appreciable difference from all the others. The compression of this sleeve on the knee capsule was exactly what I was searching for. I walked for an hour on the treadmill at a pace of 3.5 miles per hour covering a distance of 3.6 miles. I am a big guy that tops the scales at 300 pounds. That much weight puts enormous stress on the knee. But with the Sparthos knee sleeve, I felt totally supported with hardly any pain at all. I was diagnosed by symptoms with a torn meniscus in my knee and working as a nurse on the hard hospital floors was causing it to swell like a melon. This works for keeping the swelling under control and reminding me not to twist the wrong way, possibly causing more damage, and increases my comfort. However, I have large thighs....the grippy material at the top DOES keep it up, but the top digs into my thigh, and becomes very uncomfortable after a while. I'm not sure it's a design flaw...more likely a me flaw.

I'm 47 and last summer I got arthritis in my knees and Baker's Cysts in back of both which can be painful when straightening out my legs after having them bent. I had never worn knee braces nor compression sleeves. I did research these and the Sparthos Knee Compression sleeves were listed. Since they caught my attention, I proceeded to read the reviews and see the ratings these received. Pretty much were 4.5 to 5 stars across the board. People were saying how comfortable they were, they didn't slip, and the support they provided. One person even mentioned he had Baker's Cysts and they worked great for him. So, I decided what the heck...give them a try. And like everyone else....I give them 5 stars. They don't slip and definitely have allowed for more flexibility when I bend my knees. I workout doing P90X2, I do Martial Arts, and Krav Maga. Before, the Baker's Cysts limited my range of motion. When I wear them, I have greater range of motion without pain. Thank you Sparthos for making such a great product!!!

I'm a 28 year old with an old right knee injury from basketball and horseback riding. I've always had annoying knee pain and worked on it. I don't always need a knee brace, but I like the support it gives me and usually helps for support during a work out. I don't do anything super crazy...usually elliptical for 30 minutes and weights without pushing it. This brace is lighter than my previous ones, but still offers some good support. There is no inner ribbing on the side like some have to support, so it's not the most supportive, but still works well.I think if you want a brace that you need light support and don't have an active knee problem with swelling and inflammation- I think this brace works great. However, if you have an active flare up you may need a little more support.the sizing is a bit strange also. when I measured my knee I fell into a Large...I usually wear a Small to Medium in all my other braces since my legs are relatively small. 3 inches above my knee measured 18 inches which falls within a Large....I ended up going with a Medium and it fits great. You want it to be a bit tight for the support so make sure you consider that.

I work out daily doing cardio and strength training and I've tried a lot of different knee sleeves. These are by far my favorite. They are the most comfortable for all different types of movements from squats to lunges and jogging. They have silicon strips that keep them in place. I've had them for about 2 weeks now and wear them daily and I have not noticed them becoming stretched out like others I've had. I measured an 11.5 and ordered a medium and if fits well. It's snug where the silicon strips are but it doesn't bother me because it's keeping the sleeve from sliding down. I have constant knee pain during strenuous workouts, and these sleeves lessen that pain. I'm really happy with them.
