Buying a mattress with being able to lie on it is like roulette! But the value expectation and reading all the reviews makes the purchase seem prudent. Please read all reviews when you buy something that you need to like! We are pleased with our purchase. The mattress came in two boxes, (split Cal King), two of us where able to move them to the bedroom easily, but do not unwrap the plastic before you are ready to put them on the bed. They come vacuumed sealed to reduce volume, actually a good idea. We unrolled the plastic surround and it laid flat to my surprise, no memory! Next we opened the vacuum bag and it came alive. I am impressed alone with the packaging engineering that went into this. It immediate went into shape and fit our adjustable bed frame like a nice fitting glove. No issues, no problems, very satisfied with the firmness level of the mattress. We went from a traditional mattress to memory foam and are very pleased with the sleep. No hard spots or lumps, very good event support and we are full size folks. Would recommend without reservations.

Bought this mattress for my husband and he loves it. He said it is very comfortable and his shoulder and side does not hurt like it did with his old mattress when he gets up. Would recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a great night sleep..

Mattress is extra firm and has very little give. I was looking for a medium firm mattress with a little give. This one hurts my shoulders and neck. The mattress seems a bit cooler than others I have tried. Amazon will accept returns but the customer needs to pay for shipping this, now full size, mattress including re-packaging. The cost to ship it from Massachusetts to California is thousands of $$$ according to estimates online. Not worth the risk buying a mattress online unless Amazon or manufacturer will pay for the entire return shipment. Update: After speaking with customer service I did not have to pay for return shipping and I am very satisfied with the response.

I have a queen sized, Nora Adjustable bed frame and wanted this mattress because it’s copper infused and meant for adjustable. This was a very good buy and a fraction of the cost of other copper infused memory foam mattresses. I’ve been sleeping like a baby. It is more firm and I prefer plush. But I knew that before I purchased so I also purchased a 2-inch, copper-infused topper to soften. It’s now perfect for me. It takes 2 days to air out the smell of memory foam. I slept on it the first night after 12 hours and it didn’t bother me. The most frustrating part of ordering was it arrived 4 days late and FedEx said it was lost at one point. FedEx also won’t deliver this product over the weekend or let you schedule a time due to the arrangements with the shipper. Even with all that, it was 100% worth it. Good sleep and added health benefits of copper. Highly recommend to those with allergies, hot sleepers, folks with pets, or anyone looking to level up their sleep!

Very happy with this mattress so far. It has almost been a week. Bigger box than expected. Not too huge or too heavy. Wrapped really well. Pretty easily installed on bed. Pretty deep. Sheets fit it snugly. We did add another mattress cover for added protection. It does come with a cover. It wasn't delivered till a few days after date due. But, it was New Year's. It was understandable.

I bought this mattress because I have an adjustable bed. The mattress was nice when we first received them and I think they would be great for a guest room that has light use but after 1 and a half years, the foam is dipping heavily where I sleep creating a very uncomfortable sleep. I’ve had memory foam before and it lasted much longer but in fairness, I paid more.

The description says, medium firm, but the 12” mattress is so soft you sink into it. Not what I expected.
