Coffee is very rich using this method, and I find that this French Press retains the flavor and using this method, I get a smooth flavor too. I don’t really use the thermometer, as my electric water kettle already has a digital one, but it is a nice feature that could come in handy for those who prefer it. I bought this particular French Press based on quality and high reviews, and I’m really pleased with it.
