Product arrived the following day. It is an older machine c2013 but in fair condition. The WiFi is provided via a separate dongle which is supplied and plugs into the rear panel and it has 4x2.0 and 4x3.0 usb sockets After checking the instructions as recommended we connected all peripherals and switched on. After going through registration etc everything was up and running within 15 minutes. We downloaded a free DVD app to operate the player which proved to also work perfectly. I have to say this is excellent value. The 500Gb SSD is worth the money alone. It boots up very quickly, works perfectly and is almost silent in operation so can be mounted on the desk with the monitor on top. For someone wanting a home pc I can't see how you could beat it. This is recycling at its' best. As to support and the 12 month guarantee I hope we never need it but suspect that it will be every bit as good as the PC itself seems to be. As I said, not bad at all!!

Delivery was super fast, in fact, only the speakers arrived before, as I ordered different peripherals from different suppliers. I received a prompt answer to each and every query I made. The pc that I received has a minor aesthetic defect at the expansion slots area but otherwise, this HP Elite 8300 was exactly as described, although I still need to get into the details. My only disappointment is that the supplied Dynamode Adapter for WiFi internet does not support 5GHz, only 2.5GHz, which is not the connection I want to be using.

I returned this to the seller and received a full refund in good time. The reason for return was a badly fitting panel and wi-fi not installed as advertised.I attempted to contact the seller but always went to answerphone. I was unlucky but I would try again if I need another one.

Use this for writing, spreadsheets and internet. Streets ahead of my laptop.Need to add additional internal memory and storage.

Completely different to what was advertised. First of all it claimed to have a hdmi port which it doesn't. Second of all i have encountered numerous problems with the copy of windows installed and many more issues that i have never had with any computer.
