Great product!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works *by A***5 on July 7, 2020* I've tried a few wedge pillow things to help with my heartburn/acid reflux and this one is my favorite so far and I'll be sticking with this one. The slope is nice and gradual so you don't really feel the angle difference versus a flat mattress and pillow. I put a nice memory foam pillow on top for my head and it's very comfortable. But the best part is no waking up in the night with heartburn. The only thing that is not comfortable is any bare skin against the foam so you need some form of cloth cover or flat sheet over it.
